Anything less than a 5.0 and ice will show up. These guys (the Marks brothers) 😭🤣 are insanely awesome. Customer service like a Gen x will never know . Front desk is even better (Rachel). Thank you so much! If your insurance company doesn't want this level of skill, trade them in and get another. Caliber is worth every day of car care. 😘 🚗

I have unfortunately had to have repairs done on multiple occasions and this is the only location that I will use. They do great work and have excellent customer service!
I never consider another body shop in Raleigh other than Caliber Collision. I give Caliber an exceptional rating because they deserve it.

Again the whole process was quick, I’ve been telling all the locals that Mr Alan did amazingly well. He coordinated everything, stayed in communication with me and he gave me options. I told the owners to a mechanic shop near beacon off new Bern ave , and skyline that if they ever need body work, caliber is the place to go to. They literally cut out the door jamb, welded and painted and you cannot even tell and 70 mph on the highway is smooth. No vibrations, the alignment is dead on and everything is better than it was in the first place. Alan definitely knows what he’s doing and I will always recommend anyone local that needs body work or paint work to holler at Mr Alan. I can’t say much but good stuff bc he was upfront and honest and that’s hard to come by in life. I believe He will continue to be blessed with life bc he’s honest and sincere with what he does and I just hope that he and his staff can see that I’m entirely happy with what he did to my ride. Thank you Mr Alan
