They were very helpful with it being my first time with them, they kept me informed day by day of the status of my car and returned it back on time and clean..I was very impressed and satisfied with their work!!!

I have unfortunately had to have repairs done on multiple occasions and this is the only location that I will use. They do great work and have excellent customer service!

Allan and Rachel were terrific! They immediately jumped on my car. Rachel reached out to me right away and made sure to communicate everything to me. Allan communicated with me throughout the whole process of fixing my car as well. They both had great customer service and made my car accident a smoother process

I have had to use caliber on two different occasions. Both times, everyone I encountered was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. They kept me informed weekly, and my car was ready when they said it would be. I share this good experience whenever I have an opportunity.

Caliber Collisions repaired some body damage on my 4Runner. Sonny was extremely helpful, took care of all my car repair needs and answered all of my questions quickly. My car was returned like new. I was impressed with the professionalism of this shop.

Sonny and Rachel are absolute super stars. Sonny kept me informed during the duration of my repairs and they even got done faster than predicted. I stopped by on the day of my meeting and the manager went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t without a car any longer than necessary, even adjusting the drop-off date to work for everyone. After that, Sonny was excellent at keeping me updated on the status and handling my rental. I hope I never need them again, but I know exactly where I’ll go if I do.

Caliber Collision was awesome! I was able to have my car towed to them; they had my car ready sooner than expected; and I was able to leave my rental car in their parking lot. All in all it was a seamless transaction after I was rear-ended. Alan was great! Would recommend to anyone needing car repairs.

Very timely repairs. Great communication was provided by those working on my car — I was informed on every step the mechanic team was taking to fix my car.

They were trustworthy, knowledgeable, and made the not so fun situation painless. My car was involved in a wreck and needed pretty much the whole front end replaced. Overall good experience with Caliber. I only went with them because the Lexus dealership recommended them because they used Lexus certified parts. However, after not having my car for 6 weeks I wished I would have went with another place with a quicker turnaround time. They did good work just totally backed up!

Caliber Collision did a terrific job on my truck-there was a LOT of work that had to be done, they kept me well-informed, and their smooth coordination with my insurance company made things much easier.

My car was in an accident two moths ago. This is the second time using Caliber and everything went smooth. Alan always appraised me of what was going on in a timely manner and if there was anything causing a hold up. If anything ever happens again (lets hope not) my trust is that Caliber will get me back in my vehicle asap.

Extremely long turn time, then further delays in getting the car back to me after repair was complete; left a visor and one of my seats filthy.
