Allan and Rachel were terrific! They immediately jumped on my car. Rachel reached out to me right away and made sure to communicate everything to me. Allan communicated with me throughout the whole process of fixing my car as well. They both had great customer service and made my car accident a smoother process

My advisor Alan kept me up to date on all repairs and parts that were on backorder. He did an amazing job. My Tucson also came back cleaner than it had gone in.

They were trustworthy, knowledgeable, and made the not so fun situation painless. My car was involved in a wreck and needed pretty much the whole front end replaced. They explained everything they had to fix and why, were very thorough, kept me informed during the whole process, and now my car looks brand new!

My car was in an accident two moths ago. This is the second time using Caliber and everything went smooth. Alan always appraised me of what was going on in a timely manner and if there was anything causing a hold up. Alan took such good care of us. We had a deer try to go thur the windshield. Glass everywhere and I mean everywhere. Alan had the dashboard removed, the front seats, and the center console.
