Caliber Collision did a terrific job on my truck-there was a LOT of work that had to be done, they kept me well-informed, and their smooth coordination with my insurance company made things much easier.
My car was in an accident two moths ago. This is the second time using Caliber and everything went smooth. Alan always appraised me of what was going on in a timely manner and if there was anything causing a hold up. If anything ever happens again (lets hope not) my trust is that Caliber will get me back in my vehicle asap.
Extremely poor quality work. They did not repair everything. My vehicle left with damage still to the rear and missing parts and took them almost 3 months to do a terrible job
