Caliber was great to work with. I was dealing with a deep scratch on the side of my car, and Caliber had it repaired and looking good as new in a week! They deserve way more than five stars! After a towing company damaged my vehicle, I was dealing with a massive headache. To make matters worse, my own insurance company was remarkably unhelpful during the entire process.
That’s where Edwin and the team at Caliber Collision came in. Edwin is an absolute gem. He fought harder for me than my own insurance company did, actively advocated on my behalf, and guided me through steps my insurance should have handled from day one. He went completely out of his way to make sure I was taken care of—he even fixed my door when he didn't have to just so I would have a car to drive, and he cleaned my car!!!
The repair work itself is absolute perfection. They ensured every single detail was properly inspected and fixed right the first time. Now days it is hard to know who to trust, Edwin and Caliber Collision proved they truly care about their customers above everything else.
Top notch!!! I truly cannot say enough good things about Caliber Collision, specifically the location on Dabney Rd. If you ever need auto body repairs, do not go anywhere else!
