Daryl Was my primary interface. He was very engaging to keep me apprised of the stages of the repairs. He was very professional and precise in all the information we discussed almost daily. The whole operation there was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work.

Although I was initially given a 10 day estimation, the repair took 31 days. In spite of that, I was kept up to date and the repairs were satisfactory.

I enjoyed working with Caliber Collison. They communicated with me regularly to let me know where they were with repairing my vehicle. They have good customer service, and were prompt with scheduling and follow up. The workmanship is solid thus far and the costs were more than fair.

Didn't do a good job with my insurance repair work. My car is not aligned and vibrates heavily. The missed putting one thing in the repair list and now my insurance will not cover it. It's their miss... Also they left the cover of my battery in the back seat. Car was definitely not cleaned or buttoned up correctly. Disappointing

The stood on business fixing my jaguar xjl more than satisfied they repaired it as if my car was thier personal car 💯

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I dropped my car off to get fixed on March 11th and just got it back today (April 9th) and they did the best job! The entire process for repairing my car was excellent. Communication with Caliber was informative and timely. The bodywork was completed on time, but there was a delay due to waiting for trim replacement parts from the OEM supplier. The delay pushed the completion date out a few days. I would recommend using Caliber Collision in the future.

Took several return visits to fix wipers, sunroof, interior molding. Did not provide follow up after returned for repairs. Would give 1 star but overall outside body work looked great.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The work they did on my car was great, but the communication is virtually nonexistent. Not only do they do fantastic work, but they communicate consistently throughout the process. I came here because they are on my insurance company’s list. They will now be my go-to place. I had to reschedule because of the flu and the snow. They managed to have my car ready far ahead of time because of a surgery I had scheduled. I 100% recommend.
