Great communication - texted me every day - fast service!
I have had to use Caliber for collision services more than I would I have liked, for some reason drivers enjoy colliding into my car while it is parked, smh. Caliber is my go to because they provide an excellent white glove professional and timely service. Landon exemplifies the meaning of providing a white glove…
Trevor was great!
UPDATE: As requested in their response to my initial review, I reached out to the Caliber community manager. No response from them, and no one from the shop in question has attempted to contact me in several weeks. Ultimately, I decided to take the vehicle to my regular mechanic. Ironwood Automotive (who I can't…
Fixed -insurance claim
If I could give zero stars I would. Insurance requested Caliber’s inspection of tires to determine if they were damaged by collision. When I went to Caliber on March 9, 2025 the guy who inspected and drove my car said he would be sending the notes to the insurance, he didn’t. On March 31, 2026 I called Caliber and…
Daryl Was my primary interface. He was very engaging to keep me apprised of the stages of the repairs. He was very professional and precise in all the information we discussed almost daily. The whole operation there was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work.
Although I was initially given a 10 day estimation, the repair took 31 days. In spite of that, I was kept up to date and the repairs were satisfactory.
I enjoyed working with Caliber Collison. They communicated with me regularly to let me know where they were with repairing my vehicle. They have good customer service, and were prompt with scheduling and follow up. The workmanship is solid thus far and the costs were more than fair.
Didn't do a good job with my insurance repair work. My car is not aligned and vibrates heavily. The missed putting one thing in the repair list and now my insurance will not cover it. It's their miss... Also they left the cover of my battery in the back seat. Car was definitely not cleaned or buttoned up correctly. Disappointing
The stood on business fixing my jaguar xjl more than satisfied they repaired it as if my car was thier personal car 💯
Repaired my damaged truck bed as good as new. Quick turnaround time. 👍
Caliber was able to fix my car in a timely manner all while keeping me updated on the process. Would recommend and use their services again.
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I dropped my car off to get fixed on March 11th and just got it back today (April 9th) and they did the best job! The accident I was in was the other drivers fault and when they removed parts, they found additional damage and contacted the insurance themselves and left…
Great communication throughout the process. Even got my car back a day earlier.
I was very satisfied with the service at Caliber Collison because they went beyond what l needed to be done not only did they repair the damage that was done but remove old scratches and detailed my car without extra cost and now my car looks awesome 👌 the staff were friendly and polite nice clean waiting room…
The entire process for repairing my car was excellent. Communication with Caliber was informative and timely. The bodywork was completed on time, but there was a delay due to waiting for trim replacement parts from the OEM supplier. The delay pushed the completion date out a few days. I would recommend using Caliber Collision in the future.
Took several return visits to fix wipers, sunroof, interior molding. Did not provide follow up after returned for repairs. Would give 1 star but overall outside body work looked great.
I have mixed feelings about this place. The work they did on my car was great, but the communication is virtually nonexistent. They didn't tell me when my car got delayed a week past the date I was supposed to pick it up. When I finally picked up the car they said there was one more part I would need to get…
Not only do they do fantastic work, but they communicate consistently throughout the process. I came here because they are on my insurance company’s list. They will now be my go-to place. I had to reschedule because of the flu and the snow. They managed to have my car ready far ahead of time because of a surgery I had scheduled. I 100% recommend.
Landon was amazing. He kept me informed of what was going on at every stage of the process. The entire team is very polite
Getting into a collision is stressful and having to navigate getting your car repaired adds to the stress! Caliber helped to ease a lot of that stress through their customer service and service. Their collaboration with and proximity to Enterprise was also amazing.
Great experience. Work was done professionally and timely.
Truly satisfied with the repair, i highly recommend Caliber Collision!
Great experience with them. They made our bumper look better than when we bought it. Highly recommend.
My local Caliber was very friendly and professional. They kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle and explained the process that was needed to get me back on the road again. I would definitely recommend Caliber to my friends and family and will take my vehicle there for any repairs needed.
Caliber Collision is hands down the best experience that I have ever had with a body shop. Their staff is congenial and the craftsmanship of the repairs is meticulous.
I am very pleased with the services provided by Caliber. The repairs were seamless and their Customer Service was superb. I highly recommend their establishment to anyone who seeks quality work.
I love how everyone was friendly, fast knowledgeable. Landon and Taylor provided exceptional customer service and were very thorough throughout the entire process of me getting my vehicle fixed
They managed to get the car fixed and repair on time and also called me and text me after they were done with the repairs. Lastly they were also very friendly.
I received absolutely exceptional service quality and courtesy in every way. I wouldn't even bother to contact any other service providers if I have similar needs in the future.
Quick and easy repair job. They helped line up the rental car, had my car finished early, seamlessly worked with the driver who caused the accident’s insurance, etc. No complaints; If I need bodywork done on a car, Iwould definitely go there again
Caliber kept me informed of where my car was at in the repair process the entire time and it was even ready a day earlier than estimated. Not only was it good as new, but it was actually cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would definitely recommend them.
i've used this caliber location for two repairs through insurance - they do an amazing job and keep you updated throughout the entire process. and the ladies in the front are super friendly!
We thought we had a small dent in the bumper, but Caliber investigated thoroughly and the job was more complex than we thought. These people are honorable, professional, and return your car looking brand new. I highly recommend them for body repair.
Great work and courteous service.
Based on high Google ratings and positive ratings provided from my car insurance company, I selected Caliber Collision so they could replace my damaged bumper. Considering it's a stressful time to be parted from my car, the company made the process as painless as possible. My team was easy to work with: friendly,…
Excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. Highly recommend.
So grateful for the excellent care and service! Every person and interaction was first rate!
Shop kept me informed of every step, and finished repairs early. Repairs look great. No issues, definitely recommend.
Caliber Collision did a really nice job fixing my Toyota RAV4. They finished the project a full 5 days of when they estimated it would be done!
great repairs!
Truly, a five-star experience here. Friendly staff. Efficient service. Great communication throughout the process. Thank you to the entire team for making a typically unpleasant task such a stress-free experience.
Absolutely the best experience from the receptionist (Daisy), consultant (Landon), and repair team. Exceeded my expectations.
Quick and professional service
Couldn't be more pleased with the ultra-professionalism of the whole service/experience, from towing to repairs to return-of-vehicle. Communication almost too good to be true. Pleasant, people-oriented staff, whether waiting area or behind the scenes. And in an era of parts shortages and supply line failures, the…
Very fast and most definitely will keep you updated as ur repairs are done my car looks great
It was a great experience. Mike informed me every step of the way. He was very considerate, understanding, professional and respectful to me during the repairing of my car. Great job Caliber Collision.
Brought my vehicle here to be worked on about a month ago. They state they have a lifetime warranty on their body work. They left a paint run on my car and I asked them to correct it. They stated they would give me a call in a week. I waited for a week and a half and then just drove to the shop. I spoke with the…
They did an excellent job with my car and I loved the texts that I received each day letting me know what was going on that particular day.
Repair was done well and much faster than expected. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I got updates when ever the status of the repair changed within the different areas letting me know when it was being painted or parts were being reattached. They took care of getting all the information to the insurance…
Great work and service
Wes went above and beyond to make everything right
Needed an estimate for some bumper repairs. Torie was so helpful and very knowledgeable. She was sure to let me know what my options are in the most friendly way and give me real estimation no sugar coating. Ten out of ten would definitely recommend! Thanks Torie!

Very professional service and car repair. The staff was very informative and even provided tips to ensure I had a rental if needed. Wesley kindly checked in to keep me aware in the process. No trace of previous damage, which was the goal! Thanks Caliber!

Tori was amazing helping me get some insurance work done. It was also surprisingly quickly done, luckily for me. The work was top notch as expected so I'm totally satisfied with the work. I always recommend Caliber to my family members whenever they need it.

Great place for collision repairs. So easy to work with - especially during this pandemic. Landon did the estimate and explained everything thoroughly. I had complete trust in his team. Excellent work, done on time, great communication during repairs
Hit by deer my truck looks brand new inside and out I am truly happy 😃
They communication was not as good as it should of been on repairs. After job completion. Still having unresolved issues with my vehicle. I will say that the body work looks phenomenal. I will definitely will leave a updated review once everything is finally resolved.
Torie is fantastic! She has been such a great help throughout my experience with Caliber and is very helpful and responsive when I have any questions! I couldn’t have asked for a better advisor to work with.
John has been so helpful during the repair process and has kept me up to date on the status of my back ordered parts as well. Caliber has made this whole accident feel way less stressful and has put my mind at ease. I highly recommend using this Caliber if you have any size accident, they will take great care of you!
Took them my car key for stop working the managers does want to help get it fixed had my car more than 40 days anywhere but Especially if you have a foreign Taylor lane is the manager he has the worst customer service in the state of Virginia employees always right customers are wrong in his eyes I regret taking my car there it’s never happened again
I’m very upset the shop is taking so long on the repairs and trying to make me pay for the additional 3 days for my rental vehicle. In the past anytime the rental went over the shop covered the additional days. First and last time bringing my vehicle to this shop. I have also reached out to corporate since the GM at…

Caliber collision needs ten stars!!!! I want to personally thank Tori for making the process quick and easy. Her service was amazing!!!
I went thru GEICO and the process was seamless, from drop-off to rental car, and back again. Tori from GEICO was the best at being open about the wait, and also tried her best to expedite it. She deserves a customer service award!
Good service didn't waist any time getting it done
Victoria Dix (Tori) is amazing to work with, she makes you feel so at ease and is very quick to get back to you. Made the whole process of getting my card bumper very stress free!
Kepped us very informed and Tori was the best!!!!
I had hit a deer, resulting in significant left front end damage to my Ram 1500. Torie was assigned to keep me informed of everything from start to finish of my work. She was AWESOME. She contacted me several times each week to keep me up-to-date on progress. I highly recommend this Caliber Collision if you are needing vehicle repair.
Excellent service and great communication through the entire process.
Was a return customer until now! First time they did a poor job on painting. Second time took them 4 months to repair my car, got it back with uneven back lid and water leak.
My car was rear ended. I found Caliber Collision and chose them as my repair shop. The end result was great, you can't tell that it ever took a hit! The paint is about as close as a match as you could ask for! Took a few days longer to complete than expected, and the communication about that could've been a bit…
I had a really good experience. I was initially worried about having my car sent to a body shop after the car accident. I had never went through this process before and this is the first time I had to send my car to a shop. Torie was amazing at keeping constant communication with me through the process and is very…

Caliber Collision did good work; because of supply chain problems, it took longer than it otherwise would have. But when the car came back, it was in great shape.

Didn’t do what I asked them to do
The guys did a great job they inform you update you on all the repairs in a timely matter they finish your car and it looks great
While my car was at Caliber Collision (Dabney Road), there was more than a week delay in getting the repair done relative to the original date I was given. During that delay, the catalytic converter was stolen off of my car while on Caliber's property. That was more than two weeks ago and they still have not…
They were delightful!!
My experience with Caliber was first class. Had a couple hiccups due to COVID-supply chain issues delaying parts and Caliber went out of their way to make sure everything was in order and I wasn’t inconvenienced. Great communication throughout and did a great job with my car. I’d highly recommend.

Caliber repaired my car after a collision. It was the other person's insurance who took care of the details. Caliber was very professional and finished before the estimated finish date. They also coordinated with the car rental company so that aspect was extremely easy. Caliber is a fine-oiled machine. I had…

Very clean and covid conscious, outstanding customer service, and my repair was completed in a very timely manner. I even got updates on the process of the repair sent to my phone.
Really enjoyed the staff. Everyone was very professional and I really do appreciate all the help I received from the company.
I was recently in a collision where my vehicle was rear-ended. The other person's insurance company was a preferred partner with Caliber Collision. At first I was hesitant to take my vehicle to a place that "the other" insurance company was recommending because of horror stories I have previously heard. After…
My window was smashed in and Caliber Collision replaces the window and replaced the parts around the window that were affected. I would recommend them to everyone!
