Fixed -insurance claim

Daryl Was my primary interface. He was very engaging to keep me apprised of the stages of the repairs. He was very professional and precise in all the information we discussed almost daily. The whole operation there was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work.

Although I was initially given a 10 day estimation, the repair took 31 days. In spite of that, I was kept up to date and the repairs were satisfactory.

The stood on business fixing my jaguar xjl more than satisfied they repaired it as if my car was thier personal car 💯

Repaired my damaged truck bed as good as new. Quick turnaround time. 👍

My repairs were done sooner than expected and the staff was friendly and professional

Took several return visits to fix wipers, sunroof, interior molding. Did not provide follow up after returned for repairs. Would give 1 star but overall outside body work looked great.

Not only do they do fantastic work, but they communicate consistently throughout the process. I came here because they are on my insurance company’s list. They will now be my go-to place. I had to reschedule because of the flu and the snow. They managed to have my car ready far ahead of time because of a surgery I had scheduled. I 100% recommend.

Quick and easy repair job. They helped line up the rental car, had my car finished early, seamlessly worked with the driver who caused the accident’s insurance, etc. No complaints; If I need bodywork done on a car, Iwould definitely go there again

Caliber kept me informed of where my car was at in the repair process the entire time and it was even ready a day earlier than estimated. Not only was it good as new, but it was actually cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would definitely recommend them.

They did an excellent job with my car and I loved the texts that I received each day letting me know what was going on that particular day.

Took them my car key for stop working the managers does want to help get it fixed had my car more than 40 days anywhere but Especially if you have a foreign Taylor lane is the manager he has the worst customer service in the state of Virginia employees always right customers are wrong in his eyes I regret taking my car there it’s never happened again

I had hit a deer, resulting in significant left front end damage to my Ram 1500. Torie was assigned to keep me informed of everything from start to finish of my work. She was AWESOME. Was a return customer until now! First time they did a poor job on painting. Second time took them 4 months to repair my car, got it back with uneven back lid and water leak.
