Work Service and time to repair Exceptional!
I have had to use Caliber for collision services more than I would I have liked, for some reason drivers enjoy colliding into my car while it is parked, smh. Caliber is my go to because they provide an excellent white glove professional and timely service. Landon exemplifies the meaning of providing a white glove…
UPDATE: As requested in their response to my initial review, I reached out to the Caliber community manager. No response from them, and no one from the shop in question has attempted to contact me in several weeks. Ultimately, I decided to take the vehicle to my regular mechanic. Ironwood Automotive (who I can't…
Fixed -insurance claim
Daryl Was my primary interface. He was very engaging to keep me apprised of the stages of the repairs. He was very professional and precise in all the information we discussed almost daily. The whole operation there was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work.
Although I was initially given a 10 day estimation, the repair took 31 days. In spite of that, I was kept up to date and the repairs were satisfactory.
The stood on business fixing my jaguar xjl more than satisfied they repaired it as if my car was thier personal car 💯
Repaired my damaged truck bed as good as new. Quick turnaround time. 👍
Caliber was able to fix my car in a timely manner all while keeping me updated on the process. Would recommend and use their services again.
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I dropped my car off to get fixed on March 11th and just got it back today (April 9th) and they did the best job! The accident I was in was the other drivers fault and when they removed parts, they found additional damage and contacted the insurance themselves and left…
My repairs were done sooner than expected and the staff was friendly and professional
Took several return visits to fix wipers, sunroof, interior molding. Did not provide follow up after returned for repairs. Would give 1 star but overall outside body work looked great.
I have mixed feelings about this place. The work they did on my car was great, but the communication is virtually nonexistent. They didn't tell me when my car got delayed a week past the date I was supposed to pick it up. When I finally picked up the car they said there was one more part I would need to get…
Not only do they do fantastic work, but they communicate consistently throughout the process. I came here because they are on my insurance company’s list. They will now be my go-to place. I had to reschedule because of the flu and the snow. They managed to have my car ready far ahead of time because of a surgery I had scheduled. I 100% recommend.
Landon was amazing. He kept me informed of what was going on at every stage of the process. The entire team is very polite
Getting into a collision is stressful and having to navigate getting your car repaired adds to the stress! Caliber helped to ease a lot of that stress through their customer service and service. Their collaboration with and proximity to Enterprise was also amazing.
If your going to Caliber Collision on Dabney be confident that your car will come out as good f it were new and always ask for Landon to manage the repair
Thank you Caliber Collision for the great customer service and repair. I appreciated the communications and updates via text while the car was in the shop. I recommend this business!

I love how everyone was friendly, fast knowledgeable. Landon and Taylor provided exceptional customer service and were very thorough throughout the entire process of me getting my vehicle fixed
Caliber collision true pros professionals does a outstanding job on your car
Quick and easy repair job. They helped line up the rental car, had my car finished early, seamlessly worked with the driver who caused the accident’s insurance, etc. No complaints; If I need bodywork done on a car, Iwould definitely go there again
Caliber kept me informed of where my car was at in the repair process the entire time and it was even ready a day earlier than estimated. Not only was it good as new, but it was actually cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would definitely recommend them.
Great work and courteous service.
Based on high Google ratings and positive ratings provided from my car insurance company, I selected Caliber Collision so they could replace my damaged bumper. Considering it's a stressful time to be parted from my car, the company made the process as painless as possible. My team was easy to work with: friendly,…

Very Professional and Great Staff
It was a great experience. Mike informed me every step of the way. He was very considerate, understanding, professional and respectful to me during the repairing of my car. Great job Caliber Collision.
Brought my vehicle here to be worked on about a month ago. They state they have a lifetime warranty on their body work. They left a paint run on my car and I asked them to correct it. They stated they would give me a call in a week. I waited for a week and a half and then just drove to the shop. I spoke with the…
Wes and the entire team was very empathetic and professional!! It was awesome to receive such great customer service!! They kept me informed during the entire process!! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!!
They did an excellent job with my car and I loved the texts that I received each day letting me know what was going on that particular day.
Repair was done well and much faster than expected. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I got updates when ever the status of the repair changed within the different areas letting me know when it was being painted or parts were being reattached. They took care of getting all the information to the insurance…

Caliber Collision did a great job, making repairs on my car. They kept me informed of their progress, while my car was in their possession. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.
Very professional service and car repair. The staff was very informative and even provided tips to ensure I had a rental if needed. Wesley kindly checked in to keep me aware in the process. No trace of previous damage, which was the goal! Thanks Caliber!
Great experience with Caliber. They were extremely responsive and the work was high quality. My car is back to looking brand new. They worked great with my insurance company and were extremely communicative throughout the process. They made the transfer to and from the rental car easy. I can't sat enough about the…
Excellent customer service, daily updates and flawless workmanship. Highly recommend.
The team at Caliber Collision was extremely professional! They worked with the insurance company and the car rental company necessary to get my damaged car repaired and handled everything with ease. This branch of Caliber Collision is outstanding - and will certainly use them again if needed (hopefully no accidents…
My experience with Caliber Collision was awesome, professional and friendly staff. Hopefully I won't have any work to done on my car but if I do Caliber Collision will be the shop. Dabney Rd location #1
Tori was amazing helping me get some insurance work done. It was also surprisingly quickly done, luckily for me. The work was top notch as expected so I'm totally satisfied with the work. I always recommend Caliber to my family members whenever they need it.
Excellent work, done on time, great communication during repairs
Hit by deer my truck looks brand new inside and out I am truly happy 😃
They forgot to put my chrome new piece on my bumper then couldn't find it! It was in my trunk! Tells me that they don't pay attention to detail how do you forget that when you had to order a new one?? Rushing possibly? Idk or care. Car was finished 5 days later than promised. There was red sauce on my VW emblem on…
Took them my car key for stop working the managers does want to help get it fixed had my car more than 40 days anywhere but Especially if you have a foreign Taylor lane is the manager he has the worst customer service in the state of Virginia employees always right customers are wrong in his eyes I regret taking my car there it’s never happened again
Amazing customer service. My car looks great.
Caliber collision needs ten stars!!!! I want to personally thank Tori for making the process quick and easy. Her service was amazing!!!
Good service didn't waist any time getting it done
Kepped us very informed and Tori was the best!!!!
I had hit a deer, resulting in significant left front end damage to my Ram 1500. Torie was assigned to keep me informed of everything from start to finish of my work. She was AWESOME. She contacted me several times each week to keep me up-to-date on progress. I highly recommend this Caliber Collision if you are needing vehicle repair.
Was a return customer until now! First time they did a poor job on painting. Second time took them 4 months to repair my car, got it back with uneven back lid and water leak.
I had a really good experience. I was initially worried about having my car sent to a body shop after the car accident. I had never went through this process before and this is the first time I had to send my car to a shop. Torie was amazing at keeping constant communication with me through the process and is very…
Best experience ever Great customer service great staff! Car was done before pick up date! I would refer anyone to the Dabney Road Location!

My experience with Caliber was first class. Had a couple hiccups due to COVID-supply chain issues delaying parts and Caliber went out of their way to make sure everything was in order and I wasn’t inconvenienced. Great communication throughout and did a great job with my car. I’d highly recommend.
Very professional knowledgeable and timely.
Great work and everyone was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend seriously
From the moment I entered the door to the time I picked up my car, I was treated with professionalism and excitement. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done on my car. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone.
They also worked on the axle
They were all amazing! Car was ready 2 weeks early and looked awesome
Very clean and covid conscious, outstanding customer service, and my repair was completed in a very timely manner. I even got updates on the process of the repair sent to my phone.
I was recently in a collision where my vehicle was rear-ended. The other person's insurance company was a preferred partner with Caliber Collision. At first I was hesitant to take my vehicle to a place that "the other" insurance company was recommending because of horror stories I have previously heard. After…
Some of the best, most intelligent, most professional, and polite people I have ever worked with at ANY company. They were flexible and dealt with the particulars of my situation well. The work done on my vehicle was great and turnaround time above average.
I was in a recent car accident and caliber collision literally made the whole experience so much easier!! I couldn't even tell my new truck was so damaged as it was from the accident. The manager and front desk girls were so kind and helpful! I literally just dropped off my vehicle and jumped into a rental car at…

Hello, We used Caliber Collision on 1800 Dabney Road to fix my wife's Accord after a hit and run in her work parking lot. It was a small scrape on the driver side rear fender. They did good work. I decided to stop by when I had a small issue with a my front driver's side bumper hanging down. I didn't want a…
