I had a phenomenal experience with Haley. She was thorough with communication updates, rental extension, and ensuring my vehicle repairs from an accident were perfect! Highly recommend their services because of Haley.

Caliber Collision Emily and did a great job. They kept in touch during the process to let me know what was going on and actually got it fixed a day or two early. Very satisfied with them.

My car had been sideswiped by another vehicle. When I got it back, it looked like brand new. It was returned a week ahead of the scheduled time estimated. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and they all served with a smile.

Pat and the ENTIRE Team at Caliber came through today, going above and beyond to provide OUTSTANDING customer service. They could not have been more accommodating, knowing I was in a scheduling jam. Appreciate them all!

Johnny took wonderful care of me. My vehicle was at another body shop for a month with a TERRIBLE experience from them, My insurance sent me to Caliber. Everyone at Caliber were wonderful to work with, and the technician who worked on my Rav4 (I think his name was Johnny) went above and beyond to get it looking perfect again, including taking my rear wheel cover to a vehicle upholsterer! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs from a collision!

Prompt, thorough, convenient, pleasant and helpful staff. Did great work. Everything happened as it should, without much effort on my part. What more is there to say? Maybe needs more parking spots.

I got my car fixed here last month in March. Throughout the whole process they were so communicative and helpful. They explained everything to me and gave updates about the car. Shoutout to Pat for helping me out and explaining everything! My car is fixed and cleaned! Great service!

After the trauma of a car accident, the last thing I wanted to deal with was a body shop that was going to give me the runaround. My family had used Caliber at a different location with a less than impressive customer service experience; I’m hear to say all Caliber’s are not the same. The Caliber on Broad Street,… Read full review

Loved working with the front desk and pat in managing my vehicle during a restoration from a vehicle!

Overall, my experience was just good, not terrible but not excellent. My vehicle was involved in an accident, and the at fault party’s insurance company, Allstate, recommended this Caliber Collision location. Caliber Collision’s corporate office allows Allstate representatives to make appointments for estimates, but… Read full review

My insurance recommended Caliber for a simple bumper repair following an accident. They did manage to repair the bumper. In the process, however, they managed to drain my battery, break my liftgate, break my backup sensors, and cause my passenger window to stop functioning: really a masterful mess up. The first… Read full review

Caliber on West Broad, had a great staff who was very knowledgeable and willing to keep me informed through the process. The team finished the repairs faster than expected. A+++. Highly recommend their services!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a body shop. Dan is incompetent at his job and I wouldn’t bring my car back to this place if it were the only place in Virginia to get a car repaired.

I love these guys!! Their quality work is impeccable! Everyone is so sweet and informative.

Caliber Collision West Broad is the BEST. That’s it that’s all.

This Caliber Collision is the best one there is! The nice lady at the front desk was super friendly, very informative, and so polite! The auto body technician who worked on my vehicle performed the tasks flawlessly! The manager there was superbly calming to me when I was flustered about the initial damage to my… Read full review

Caliber recently repaired my car hood, and although the initial paint job didn't quite match, the staff at Caliber worked with me and even consulted with the Honda paint specialist, so the end result is a really good match and the hood looks as good as new now. Replaced part so my tailgate would work. 161 dollars. Lasted 2 weeks. Took it back told it needed another part not the one he put on. Another 300 dollars plus. Out 161 dollars and now still broken and out of 162 dollars. Told me nothing could be done. Really not acceptable. Never will recommend them to anyone else or use them again.

What a great experience at Caliber. Thank you

Excellent service!

What great service! Rumor had it that all body shops in town are booked and it would be months to get it in. You guys got me in in a couple of weeks. Time enough to get parts in and completed the job in 5 days.

Excellent communication, friendly service and great work.

Everyone I dealt with was personable, helpful and efficient. They kept me informed at each step, made sure I had a rental lined up and did a great job on making the needed repairs.

Highly recommend this shop if you are in an accident. They made it super easy from start to finish. Brian worked on my car and was easy to communicate with along the way and did an awesome job.

Courtney and Amanda at the front desk were some of the most kind and helpful ladies I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Went above and beyond for me to make sure my first time working with insurance was as easy as could be. This location is a 10/10 thanks to the staff.

Not only did they get my car in and out quickly, the staff was super friendly and easy to work with. As an added bonus, when I picked up my car, they had cleaned the interior and exterior for me! Thank you, Caliber Collision!

My rear bumper and lift gate needed repairs after a rear end collision. From diagnostics to completion, Brian was communicative, helpful, and friendly.
