I had a phenomenal experience with Haley. She was thorough with communication updates, rental extension, and ensuring my vehicle repairs from an accident were perfect! Highly recommend their services because of Haley.

Caliber Collision Emily and did a great job. They kept in touch during the process to let me know what was going on and actually got it fixed a day or two early. Very satisfied with them.

My car had been sideswiped by another vehicle. When I got it back, it looked like brand new. It was returned a week ahead of the scheduled time estimated. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and they all served with a smile.

Pat and the ENTIRE Team at Caliber came through today, going above and beyond to provide OUTSTANDING customer service. They could not have been more accommodating, knowing I was in a scheduling jam. Appreciate them all!

Everyone at Caliber were wonderful to work with, and the technician who worked on my Rav4 (I think his name was Johnny) went above and beyond to get it looking perfect again, including taking my rear wheel cover to a vehicle upholsterer! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs from a collision!

Prompt, thorough, convenient, pleasant and helpful staff. Did great work. Everything happened as it should, without much effort on my part. What more is there to say? Maybe needs more parking spots.

Not good

Pat took great care of my car while replacing a door. It was clean and perfect when I picked it up. Excellent work. Great service, great customer service, and great turnaround time. No complaints here.

My insurance recommended Caliber for a simple bumper repair following an accident. They did manage to repair the bumper. Great service. Friendly staff!

The Broad Street location of Caliber Collision is a first class operation. The communication and documentation left no questions. The scheduling was perfect. They were done as scheduled. The employees are friendly and accomodating. Will use them again.

I brought my car here to do some repairs and I worked with Pat. Not only did everything come out great but Pat was communicative and direct. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this shop.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a body shop. Dan is incompetent at his job and I wouldn’t bring my car back to this place if it were the only place in Virginia to get a car repaired.

Replaced part so my tailgate would work. 161 dollars. Lasted 2 weeks. Took it back told it needed another part not the one he put on. Another 300 dollars plus. Out 161 dollars and now still broken and out of 162 dollars. Told me nothing could be done. Really not acceptable. Never will recommend them to anyone else or use them again.

What great service! Rumor had it that all body shops in town are booked and it would be months to get it in. You guys got me in in a couple of weeks. Time enough to get parts in and completed the job in 5 days.

Excellent communication, friendly service and great work.

Everyone I dealt with was personable, helpful and efficient. They kept me informed at each step, made sure I had a rental lined up and did a great job on making the needed repairs.

Highly recommend this shop if you are in an accident. They made it super easy from start to finish. Brian worked on my car and was easy to communicate with along the way and did an awesome job.

Courtney and Amanda at the front desk were some of the most kind and helpful ladies I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Went above and beyond for me to make sure my first time working with insurance was as easy as could be. This location is a 10/10 thanks to the staff.

I was very impressed with the body work I had completed at Caliber Collision. I couldn't even tell there was a scape after they finished with their work. My father also recently had work done on his Chevy pickup. He too thought they did great work and it looked showroom ready. He was pleased with how quickly they did the body repair. An excellent experience overall. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable of the full process- able to answer any of my questions or concerns. The repairs were clean and well fitted, the car fully clean (much better than it went in, for sure) and much faster turnaround than expected.
