Everyone at Caliber were wonderful to work with, and the technician who worked on my Rav4 (I think his name was Johnny) went above and beyond to get it looking perfect again, including taking my rear wheel cover to a vehicle upholsterer! Replaced part so my tailgate would work. 161 dollars. Lasted 2 weeks. Took it back told it needed another part not the one he put on. Another 300 dollars plus. Out 161 dollars and now still broken and out of 162 dollars. Told me nothing could be done. Really not acceptable. Never will recommend them to anyone else or use them again.

What great service! Rumor had it that all body shops in town are booked and it would be months to get it in. You guys got me in in a couple of weeks. Time enough to get parts in and completed the job in 5 days.
