2023 Nissan Rogue SL Boulder Gray Pearl There are numerous issues that needed to be resolved, with no response. • System calibrations still need to be performed. • Parts missing in front bumper area where fog lights would be. • Screws missing from front bumper/fender well area. • License plate installed in wrong area and needs trim strip that’s been damaged replaced again. • Frontend vibrating/rattling when driving now. • Keyless lock/unlock not working properly. • Right side tire continuously leaking air. Advised this before repairs began. • Check engine light/MIL. Advised of this before repairs began. • Requested a copy of the pre-repair and post-repair diagnostic scans you are required to perform. None received.

Although the repairs on my vehicle are not complete yet, my experience here so far has been excellent. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the team handling my vehicle—has been incredibly helpful and has taken the time to explain each step clearly. I especially want to thank the front desk staff member who has helped me each time I’ve visited. I wish I had asked for her name, but I didn’t get a chance. She is usually seated on the left side of the front desk from the customer’s perspective, and she was the person who helped me sign the paperwork for my vehicle today. She has always been incredibly kind, patient, and thorough when explaining everything to me, and I truly appreciate all of her help. As an immigrant, dealing with a car accident in the U.S. can honestly feel overwhelming, especially when you are unfamiliar with how the insurance and collision repair process works. Every time I have had a question, the team has answered it clearly and patiently, which has made the entire process much less stressful for me. Their help and support have truly meant a lot.
