Caliber collision is the best place to go for your car

I recommend Caliber Collision, my vehicle was there a week ago. I only suggest that you look at your paint to be sure metallic or not. Otherwise, they do great work and courteous

Although the reason for needing Caliber Collision’s services was not fun, the staff helped to make it a positive experience. Zach, the technician, was very knowledgeable, quick in putting the estimate together and overall very courteous. The status updates were very helpful. The front desk staff displayed excellent customer service as well.

My car came back in perfect condition. The customer service was top-tier, letting me know each step of the way what stage my vehicle was in. It even came back 2 weeks earlier than expected. I would 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of vehicle repairs.

I highly recommend the Richmond-Chippenham Caliber Collision location. Eric Byars kept me updated on my vehicle's progress and Katie is very responsive and kind. Though I had minor repairs, I received my vehicle back pretty fast (dropped off 3/6, picked up 3/17). Keep up the great work!

Hands down the best shop in town! I always choose Caliber anytime I have an incident with my vehicles. Customer service is always on point, and the cars always look amazing. Caliber has a customer for life!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this location. This is nearly the worst service ever. I will do everything in my power to expose them of how they jerked me around and failed to keep me updated unless I call. Chippenham Square location need to shut down. Katie is the only somewhat helpful one there.

It’s not about the body work yet. It’s all about horrible customer service. Several times I called to get updated on my car and was giving the run around most of the time. Awesome Customer Service. Jason was great. He took care of everything dealing with insurance claim and rental car company. All I had to do was drop and pick my car up. He kept me up to date with my repairs.

My insurance company at first insisted on cheaper replacement part which didn't fit and was cheap. Caliber insisted they replace with proper part and it was a much better replacement
