My 7-10 day repair ended up being almost 2 months due to unqualified techs and damaged replacement parts. Despite being assured that Caliber would reimburse me for the extended rental car cost, I am still getting the runaround. After paying over $1800 for the rental car, I have received nothing including promised… Read full review

As usual, Caliber did a great job with my car. They were timely and excellent communicators.

I heard better things about these guys than I got. The paint match was off the hood was removed to pain and not put back on straight, and now I find out that used aftermarket taillight that is not the correct one and the taillights don’t match. On top of having a hard time getting a call back from them. Did not live… Read full review

Had a great experience with Caliber Collision, and Katie was the reason why. I came in to get an aftermarket hood painted + install. I highly recommend the Richmond-Chippenham Caliber Collision location. Eric Byars kept me updated on my vehicle's progress and Katie is very responsive and kind. Though I had minor repairs, I received my vehicle back pretty fast (dropped off 3/6, picked up 3/17). Keep up the great work!

They made both passenger doors look brand new! I'm happy and thankful 😊

My initial encounter with Caliber wasn’t great as my appt was cancelled about 30 minutes before I was set to drop my vehicle for several weeks for repair. There was little to no explanation outside of “staffing” or why they waited until the last minute to cancel. I had already arranged a rental car and taken the… Read full review

Had a wonderful experience with caliber! Great communication about the work being done on my vehicle.

This is an Allstate approved vendor and I am shocked at the incredibly poor service. Allstate set up appointment for inspection 9/7/22 at which Caliber instructed me to bring vehicle back on 9/14/22. It is now 10/17/22 and I have been without my vehicle for over one month, during which time I depleted all of my… Read full review

Hands down the best shop in town! I always choose Caliber anytime I have an incident with my vehicles. Customer service is always on point, and the cars always look amazing. Caliber has a customer for life!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this location. This is nearly the worst service ever. I will do everything in my power to expose them of how they jerked me around and failed to keep me updated unless I call. Chippenham Square location need to shut down. Katie is the only somewhat helpful one there.

Staff was friendly and helpful and a very good job on the repair

Very wonderful experience with Caliber and will recommend them to anyone such as family and friends , they're the most beautiful company that anyone could experience... Thanks Caliber for all that you do.

It’s not about the body work yet. It’s all about horrible customer service. Several times I called to get updated on my car and was giving the run around most of the time. Staff and technicians are short with u as if they are bothered. I will be doing a news story next week on my experience with this place!

The team is very professional and I had a very good experience. I am very satisfied with my experience. The team is so friendly and fast.

I would use Caliber Collision again for my vehicle repairs. The staff was welcoming when to me when I came in for services on my SUV. One of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. Very poor communication, a couple missing bolts, screw laying in the center console, not to mention pieces still broken that were supposed to fixed. Did repairs to Passenger side rear door and back panel. Did a fantastic job with the repairs of my GMC Terrain. Picked up last Friday. Job well done. Don't know who detailed it, but thanks again 👍

The staff at this location is very professional and it all they could to ensure that I was satisfied with my vehicle. They kept me posted along the way and we’re done with the work on time. This is my second time having my car repaired by then and each time it was a great experience I was very satisfied with their work.

Vehicle was involved in a collision. Caliber restored my vehicle to my highest satisfaction.

Great experience from the first consult to the final finish! I found them to be exceptional. My car looks great and they were so fast! Highly recommend them!

I want to give a great big shout to my Service Manager, Jason. If I say he was awesome, well, he was awesome. From the very start, he made me feel like my vehicle was the only vehicle they was working on. He explain the process in layman's terms and I was call frequently with progress and updates. My insurance company at first insisted on cheaper replacement part which didn't fit and was cheap. Caliber insisted they replace with proper part and it was a much better replacement

Jason was very helpful through the process of getting an estimate through completion of the job. He was kind, knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate the professional manner in which Jason treated me as a first time auto accident victim. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

This is by far the best Caliber Collision I have ever walked in to! Office is run poorly, they are unprofessional and don't value the customer's experience/ time.

Great Service!!

Caliber Collision did an excellent job! The most professional work and staff I've experienced in decades. My car looks outstanding and their work is exceptional!

Excellent service from beginning to end.

Very courteous and a good job on my car

It's not a whole lot that I can say that I haven't already said in the other reviews they are one of the most respectful people that I know of and would go & Beyond to make sure that you are happy with the work that they do.

Isaiah and his team provided efficient and quality service. I was kept informed of the progress with my vehicle. I highly recommend Caliber Collison.

Isiah whom I was in touch with several times during the repair process was very professional and had excellent customer service skills.

I’m not one to write bad reviews but honestly the service I just received here was just so unprofessional, rude, and sloppy. They put the wrong bumper on my car- paint peeling and not fully secured into the groves (because it was the wrong part). They took 2 weeks to fix my car and didn’t get it done when they said… Read full review

Page was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Working with her definitely made my experience worthwhile.

Service was excellent! Jason did a great job keeping me informed by calls and text throughout the process. My vehicle was ready before the time that I was originally given.

Jason was beyond Awesome. He kept me up to date on my repairs and explained everything from beginning to end. He was very intelligent, well spoken, and Kind. You don't find many people with those qualities these days and not to mention my car is BEAUTIFUL!!!! I'm very appreciative of that 💋

This ace was awesome. I'd just moved here and was hit by an uninsured person. My guy was Jason...he was so thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable and just simply awesome. He made the process seamless and kept me updated. He even helped get me a oil change. I am extremely pleased with my experience here.

Great quality work, customer service kept me informed nearly every day. Had truck ready a day earlier than projected. Very happy!
