OH MY I'M SO VERY PLEASED. IT'S THE WAY TO GO. It's now 2026. I had to use them again and my car was fixed. this time it was the back passenger side. I'm still pleased just a few hiccups that I see now.
This team is so extremely helpful and understanding! They were so thorough with explaining their process and providing reassurance with me getting all that they would do for my vehicle. Quick expert service. It was suppose to take 2 weeks. They were done in a week. Looks as good as I got off the showroom floor. They were in contact with me the entire time.

I brought my truck in for body work after being hit by a deer. The whole process was seamless. The shop kept me update via texts. I received my truck back 3 days early. I am totally pleased with the service Caliber Collision provided me.

I highly recommend the Richmond-Chippenham Caliber Collision location. Eric Byars kept me updated on my vehicle's progress and Katie is very responsive and kind. Though I had minor repairs, I received my vehicle back pretty fast (dropped off 3/6, picked up 3/17). Keep up the great work!

Awesome Customer Service. Jason was great. He took care of everything dealing with insurance claim and rental car company. All I had to do was drop and pick my car up. He kept me up to date with my repairs.

They had to replace my bumper and parts under the car due to an accident. They did a great job and kept me posted all along the way by text. When the work was done it looked great. I could not tell the accident had happened. Their paint work was outstanding.
