Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Management, Questionable Repairs, and Missing Personal Property
My experience with this repair shop has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the lack of professionalism, accountability, and integrity demonstrated by manager Taylor Lane.
After nearly three weeks of waiting for minor collision repairs, I arrived Wednesday to discover my vehicle had not been properly repaired. When I raised my concerns, Taylor became visibly irritated. He took my vehicle to the back for another 20–30 minutes, only to return with a temporary fix. The fender had simply been pushed outward without being properly secured. When I gently pressed it, it collapsed again. Taylor stated I wasn't supposed to touch it because nothing was holding it together. How is that considered a completed repair? I refused to accept the vehicle until the repairs were properly completed.
On Friday, October 23, I returned after being notified that my vehicle was ready. Although the exterior repairs appeared satisfactory, I noticed items from my center console scattered across the passenger seat. Later that evening, I discovered that my legally possessed firearm and cash were missing. I immediately contacted the shop, but it was closed.
On Monday, I returned and questioned Taylor about who had access to my vehicle. Initially, he claimed not to know, but later acknowledged that his employees had been inside. When I requested their names, he refused. He also claimed the facility had no surveillance cameras, mentioned a break-in, and simply suggested filing a police report.
Most disturbing was Taylor's statement that employees had the right to go through my vehicle because I signed paperwork. Authorizing exterior collision repairs does not grant employees permission to search through my personal belongings!
Throughout this situation, Taylor displayed dismissive behavior, inconsistent explanations, poor customer service, and absolutely no urgency regarding my missing property. Rather than addressing a serious concern professionally, he appeared more interested in avoiding questions and accountability.
I regret choosing this repair facility and would NEVER recommend this location. The questionable repair quality, unprofessional management, and troubling circumstances surrounding my missing firearm and cash raise serious concerns about customer trust, security, and accountability.
Customers deserve quality repairs, respect, and confidence that their personal property will remain secure. Unfortunately, my experience reflected none of these standards.

I had a very disappointing experience with this body shop. The repair process was poorly handled from beginning to end.
First, they delayed the promised completion date by approximately 10 days, with no proper communication or clear updates about the delay.
When they finally called me to say my vehicle was ready, I found that the main component they had repaired was not even working properly. The liftgate was not functioning, there were several additional dents, and the overall fitment and alignment of the repaired parts were not satisfactory.
Another major concern was that they took my paperwork without properly inspecting the vehicle with me after the repair. I trusted them to complete the work correctly, but the condition of the vehicle did not meet my expectations.
I have been trying to get these issues corrected, but the communication has continued to be very poor. I requested to speak with the manager, but I received no proper response from management either. Chris, who was assisting me throughout the repair process, has also not been answering my calls.
A professional body shop should complete repairs properly, communicate honestly with customers, inspect the vehicle before delivery, and take responsibility when something is wrong. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
I am not satisfied with the quality of the repair or the way my concerns are being handled. I expected much better service and accountability. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and resolves the outstanding issues instead of continuing to ignore them.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this body shop unless they improve their repair quality, communication, and customer service.
