Celia McManus is the BEST designer. She came up with creative solutions for storage in both our kids rooms. She designed two window bench seats with pull out drawers and shelves, as well as a walk-in closet. She is easy to work with, patient, and most importantly creates functional/practical and attractive designs.…
Sergio & Chris outstanding installers . They are on time , very polite , professional and explain the work in detail no surprises
We are very pleased with the product and the sales and installation people.
Great design and sales consulting. Great installation. Love my new mudroom shelves!
LaNay and the team did a very nice job designing and providing great customer service.
I had a great process with the sales representative and the installers. The quality of the product and price were great. I would recommend you guys and would use you again.
So happy with my new closets from California Closets installers Emmanuel and Cody did a great job they came in very professional looking, went to work, cleaned up the area and answered our questions prior and after their installation.
Fred, our installer, was professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. Every aspect of choosing the design, cabinet style, and installation was effortless and exact to my expectations. Will use California Closets again for future projects.
Everything was good. I did reach out after our job was completed to ask a question about our discount-never heard back. I personally was not happy to not get a response as the job was completed. You should still respond to your customer.
My closet was installed on June 8, 2023 and it immediately looked great but after I was done gawking on how the entire space looked I was very displeased in the actual craftsmanship of the install. They used so much caulk at first that I had to ask the installer to try to remove it. The pictures are of after he…
Very professional. The job was done in a clean manner and finished on time. Will definitely use them again.
Great experience from start to finish. Dawn had great ideas and helped me with decisions. Adrian and crew were clean, fast and professional. Highly recommend this company, it’s worth it!
My pantry turned out great. I love it.
We had used CC in our Master Bedroom closet several years ago so there was no question that we would use CC for the 2 Guest Bedroom closets. Once again we were very pleased with the entire experience from design to installation.
The designer, Dawn Sundstrom, and the installer, Brandon Mendoza were both very professional and knowledgeable. The entire experience was positive.
Jessica was prompt , exact and designed the perfect build in 4 areas! Installation crew were young professional and had the skills and customer service to represent the companies ideals! All in all a fine experience. Being a General Contractor in business for 35 years they we're not inexpensive........BUT you pay…
Excellent service on time delivery and very professional from start to finish. Installers Emmanuel and Cody were excellent protecting my floors with mats and shoe covers and the design and final product were excellent. I will recommend them highly and use them again in the future
This is my SECOND experience w CalClosets and it was even better than the first time! From start to end, I have nothing but compliments. My designer, Shana, was nothing less than professional and she was like a fairy godmother bringing my dream closet/office to life. My husband’s closet and office also came out…
Very happy with the closets they provided
I’m a high end custom home builder. Many of our clients have used CC and been happy. Recently we use CC on a new home we were building personally. From start to finish they did a great job. The design side was excellent. Scheduling was efficient and reliable. The install was first class. Overall excellent job. We will continue to partner with them.
Jessica was so helpful in designing my daughter's closet. Not knowing what was needed, her suggestions were right on track even if my daughter didn't know what she needed. Installers were professional and delivered on time and were also very nice!
Linda is extremely good at what she does… she’s also friendly and professional. She was quick to respond the couple of times I reached out to her. I recommend her 100%. The installation crew was also outstanding. They arrived on time and the installation went smoothly. The guys were very good to protect our floors…
LaNay was great to work with and helped us get sorted on how to layout the 2 small walk-in closets we recently added. We were pleasantly surprised by the short time between design and ready for install. The installers were also great and didn’t leave a mess for us to clean up after. Highly recommend!
Alejandro, at their Rancho Mirage design center, designed our large primary closet, a guest room closet, as well as a custom bar space that complements our space perfectly. The attention to detail and quality of work was amazing. Have already recommended California Closets and Alejandro to our friends. Would definitely use them again.
Great design--creative with the space. Had a little snafu when they came to put the closet in but all fixed in a timely manner. Very professional. Looks great.
From the design appointment with Lilly to the install with Alex, everything went smoothly and I’m impressed with how efficient the experience was.
I had a broad outline of what I wanted in master bedroom closets but Kristina's design suggestions were perfect. She took the time to know me and my lifestyle needs which resulted in closets that are visually pleasing and useful, too!
I love my closet. It is another piece of furniture in my main bedroom. I have all the storage I could need and now everything stays neat and easy to find. Jenny (my design consultant) was a pleasure to work with and was easy to talk to. She really helped me choose the right finishes and accessories. I would highly recommend California Closets to anyone.
California Closets did an amazing job from planning and designing to installation and clean--up. LaNay helped us design a beautiful closet and walked me through every detail. She made use of every square inch of space. She even came by on installation day and checked in multiple times. She was a joy to work with.…
The entire process was smooth and professional, beginning with Alejandro, the designer. Installation was scheduled for 2 days, but was completed in one. I am very pleased with the end result, and would not hesitate to do business with them again.
California Closets was a pleasure to work with. Our salesperson, Myrna, was very knowledgable and helpful in creating a design and look that matched our budget. Myrna followed up throughout and during installation when things weren't aligning just right, she coordinated with her team and got their most-tenured…
Linda is THE BEST! What I appreciate most is she asked what my budget was so that if I started adding a bunch of things to my design, she was realistic of the cost. She had great recommendations the entire time we were adding and removing certain things. I originally almost went with another very well-known company…
Oh, how I love my new closets. I can't believe how happy I am to have California Closets. I was so surprised by how affordable AND beautiful they are. Jade M came in and designed exactly what we needed in our two bedrooms. The work was expertly designed and installed. Exactly on time. This is a wonderful…
Celeste was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She did a great job making suggestions based on my needs. I was very impressed with her and also happy with the price she quoted. The installer did a great job and was extremely helpful and good-natured about making a last-minute change. That was very…
Great working with Erika. She knows her business very well.
California Closets did an amazing job with the design and installation of my dream closet. I could not be more pleased.
We liked doing business with California Closets because they are trustworthy and client focused. They were highly recommended to us. Our designer, Dawn, had great suggestions and we are very happy with the results. We were even able to get our closet done sooner than expected. We highly recommended this business.
When I began the process of installing cabinets I was not sure regarding the needs and design. Kyrsti came in and listened to what I wanted, and designed cabinets and closets that definitely meet our needs. The planning and installation were done in a reasonable time frame, and the installers were excellent. I am very happy with the results.
My designer, Christine had great suggestions and we were very pleased with the layout. We had to wait for the custom cabinet doors, but Christine and California Closets pushed up the date of the basic installation for us in order for us to have our flooring installed. As soon as the custom doors were in they…
The closet is high quality, looks great, and is designed well. My only downfall is the cost was almost double from a larger closet I had done 3 years earlier. I get inflation is high but double. They were going to do doors and quoted over 4k and I had a local guy do a much better sliding door for $1800. I like what they do it is just way overpriced.
The process was easy to finalize the design. Installation was great. Love my closet!
Thanks to Deborah (and her wonderful help) in the Huntington Beach store we have a beautiful walk-in closet. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we will definitely use them for our other closet projects.
Our closets look fantastic. Design is functional and appealing. You get what you pay for as CA Closets is not cheap.
They were professional with great follow through from start to finish! My 13 year old now has the closet she dreamed up from a picture she saw in a magazine. I will use them again-for sure!
Jenny was great designer and a fantastic salesperson. We liked the entire team and the finished product so much we placed another order.
Good experience, excellent service and professionalism
We used California Closets twice, once for the construction of closets and then a complete home office. We were impressed with their professionalism and timeliness. Our closets are very functional and the home office is beautiful. The designers listened carefully to what we wanted and they delivered. The installers…
I've used CA Closets on the past 11 Custom homes I've built for closets. The design is cutting edge, modern, and timeless. Working with my local designer Preston is always a pleasure as he is a great communicator, great designer, continuously following up, and on top of things. The installers are great as well.…
The design and presentation was top notch and first class. The installation took awhile to complete, due to scheduling issues and 1 glass faced cabinet door missing. It took much longer than it should have to locate, build, replace and install the missing door. The designer Jenny and the installers were very…
I have hired California Closets for all sorts of closet designs and custom cabinets (including murphy beds) in two houses. They have beautiful designs and products, and excellent customer service, from the design phase through construction completion. In my current home, they've done two home offices, multiple…
