We had an amazing experience with California Healthy Home Inspections & Remediation! They were able to come out very quickly and were incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. The inspection was extremely detailed, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, including the mold findings and the…
Awesome service, extremely informative made us feel very comfortable and happy with our service. We honestly didn’t have much of idea of the process of what to expect, they walked us through everything step by step and even advocated our results to our landlord.
Stephen and Zem were great. Provided some great suggestions as well. Wish I met them sooner. Plan to work with them in near future for more projects.
Amazing service! Very informative and caring staff that went above and beyond to walk me through their process and help me coordinate my home restoration highly recommended.
The men were professional, knowledgeable, answered all questions and personable. Thank you.
The team went above and beyond. They collected multiple dust wipe samples, set up multiple air pumps for air quality testing. Very professional. They came in with appropriate PPE and shoe covers, explained procedure and set expectations. Very pleased so far. Now I’m just waiting for the results.
Very thorough and friendly! Explained what they were doing along the way. We are looking forward to getting out full report and working to make our home as safe as possible for our family
The technicians arrived on time and were polite and courteous. They reviewed the process thoroughly before starting. They took multiple samples from our house, including a few we hadn’t thought of. We are very happy we had the testing done by California healthy home inspectors.
On time and thorough.
Zem was what a lot of the people here have described him as. He's a nice guy who knows his craft and cares about his customers. Fully recommended.

He and his assistant came and used their expertise to gather tons of samples throughout the house and also added in lead paint testing for a good price when we realized there might be some of that. He got us back a report on both items within…
I had a great experience with Zem. He showed up and gathered a number of samples for analysis so we could be sure we weren't tearing down and getting exposure to any asbestos/lead. He does not perform abatement so there is no conflict of interest, he is purely sampling to confirm the presence or absence of the…
