I had a great experience with California Windows. This is my second time going with this company. The reason we went with them the first time (2018) was that they had the most competitive pricing. They were efficient in coming to measure the windows for replacement and Dallas (the owner) was very responsive as we iterated on the right windows for the job. I replaced 18 windows and a sliding patio door (all ~30 years old).
The biggest delay was in getting the custom-made windows. Some of the screens were bent upon arrival and the team made sure to get that taken care of with the manufacturer (Milgard). I would highly recommend California Windows to anyone in Orange County.

Piotr Belter10 reviewsiTotal number of Google reviews Piotr has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
Investing in custom-made sliding doors is no small commitment—it’s a significant investment that transforms the very soul of your home. From the outset, I sought a partner who could navigate the inevitable complexities of installation with expertise and grace, rather than leaving me to shoulder the burden.
California Windows may not have been the lowest bidder, but their superior value quickly became evident. When unforeseen complications arose during the installation, their team responded with remarkable speed and professionalism. Issues that could have spiraled into weeks of frustration were resolved swiftly, seamlessly, and entirely to my satisfaction—leaving me completely stress-free throughout the process.
What truly set them apart was the genuine care that shone through from our very first interaction. They didn’t just sell doors; they listened attentively, anticipated needs, and demonstrated a heartfelt commitment to ensuring every detail was perfect. It wasn’t mere professionalism—it was the kind of attentive dedication that makes you feel truly valued as a customer. And in the end, they delivered exactly what they promised.
If you’re seeking custom doors backed by integrity, expertise, and a level of service that exceeds expectations, California Windows is the clear choice. Highly recommended!
