The worst kitchen service the worst restaurant. Everything here is slow. They don’t pay attention. Always making an excuse “we don’t have enough staff” then hire more people. You charge premium for residency, but your service is far from ok. Try to improve that: your service sucks. Expect to wait an hour for a fish taco!

I have been coming to this facility for around 8 years since my mom moved here - I have experienced both Watermark mgmt and the new “Caligraphy” mgmt team and man has it gone down hill - Every time I come for lunch now we wait over 15 minutes before any server comes to take our order - now I would like to be clear…

So lovely senior center at Calligraphy. Great seniors and great staff helping them. And they are all so great singing with me. Best senior center. 👍❤️🙏🏻

I have been coming to this facility for around 8 years since my mom moved here - I have experienced both Watermark mgmt and the new “Caligraphy” mgmt team and man has it gone down hill - Every time I come for lunch now we wait over 15 minutes before any server comes to take our order - now I would like to be clear most of the waiting staff is very nice and seems very competent- but ridiculously under staffed - and yet they have other employees twiddling their thumbs because no one dines in their exclusive more expensive side - I won’t even get into the nightmares I have heard about the transportation issues - but at the amount you charge for rents that the service is this horrible is a disgrace- the mgnt should bel ashamed- do better!!

This review is truly overdue. My uncle has been at Calligraphy for over a year now and we are so grateful for the excellent care he receives. The staff is always so attentive, the guest suites are immaculate, and the food is so delicious! I am a CNA/CHHA and I have worked at quite a few assisted living facilities both private and county. I have a client who just recently moved here and I can say Calligraphy lives up to the quality of services it advertises. The place is kept immaculately, the Concierge is top notch in their attention to the residents. Everyone on staff is effortlessly professional and full of kindness. The Med Techs, Caregiver's and Dining staff excellent as well. I would recommend this place to others and my own family member. 10 out of 10 on my list.
