Although I didn't meet the inspector, he did a thorough report which I appreciate.
The services provided are great albeit I would have appreciated a bit of due diligence for checking county records for permits on completed jobs before reporting that things needed replacement or repair (HVAC). Overall a great company.

Dat was friendly yet professional. Once he concluded his inspection he gave both the sellers and I, the agent, a run down on what he found. The report is lengthy but informative and includes photos for clarity. My only negative is I feel the price point a little high.
