The services provided are great albeit I would have appreciated a bit of due diligence for checking county records for permits on completed jobs before reporting that things needed replacement or repair (HVAC). Overall a great company.

We recently had a home inspection completed by Marcus A., and overall, we were very satisfied with the service provided. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable in his field.
From the start, he was friendly and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was the level of detail in the inspection report. It was thorough, well-organized, and presented in a way that was easy to understand—even for those without a technical background. Marcus took the time to ensure everything was clearly explained, which gave us confidence in the findings.
I would highly recommend Marcus A. to anyone in need of a reliable and detail-oriented home inspector.
