Very informative and professional. I appreciated how fast they were to come and get the air and mold testing done. Convenient service and I would recommend for anyone that suspects they have mold or just want to be sure everything is safe in their home.
Honestly it is incredibly frustrating how much they let me down. The process started off fine, Autumn seemed very nice and showed signs of sympathy. I felt some relief from all the stress I have been under from being sick an dealing with potential mold exposure because I had felt like Autumn understood me and truly wanted to help me. After finding out that I am a tenant who is renting they completely changed how they were treating me. Autumn began acting sketchy like she was carefully calculating her responses almost as if she was trying not to say something or withhold information. Then she began to be unresponsive, no longer answering my calls. They were in contact with my property management company and communicating with them while trying to avoid me. After trying to understand my report and figure out next steps, they charged me an additional 200$ for an "MRP" from Michael. After waiting a full 5 days and being dodged they finally sent me the MRP. When I read the MRP I began to feel even more confused as it did not seem to match what the report was indicating. I called to have Michael walk me through the MRP and he was very condescending. He talked to me as if I was ridiculous for being concerned and told me it did not make any sense why I wanted an MRP at all. I believe that Michael lacks integrity colluded with my property manager in order to minimize the landlord’s financial liability, specifically writing the MRP to please her needs rather than to accurately resolve the mold. This is unethical and intentional negligence. I would avoid them if you care about your health and safety. Not to mention they pay 50$ for their Google reviews.

Fast Mold Testing is exactly as advertised -- fast! I needed a mold inspection for a property that had short inspection contingency. They only do inspections so no conflict of interest which is what I wanted. I was able to get a call back/quote within hours and scheduled the next day. Stephen had great communication the day of since I couldn't be there and explained the process and when additional sample might be a warranted. I didn't feel upsold and felt well informed to choose the right options for our needs. The report came back when quoted and I got a call from Michael to follow-up with my questions. I'm very pleased with the customer service. I hope we stay mold free and won't have to use them again, but if I do I know exactly who to call!

Sophia, 10 AM to results by 9 PM the same day is fast even by our standards. Glad that worked out.
Worth saying the part about the technician guessing what the lab would find isn't luck, it's what experience looks like. An inspector who has read a few hundred of these can usually tell from moisture patterns, location and conditions what's likely to come back. But he'd never tell you it's confirmed, because the lab is what makes it a finding rather than an educated read.
Both things are useful. One gives you an early sense of it; the other gives you a document.

Nitish, thank you, and the repetition you've described is deliberate rather than accidental.
The inspector explains things on site while you can still see what he's pointing at. Then the report arrives. Then someone calls and goes through it again. Most people take in maybe half of it the first time, which is entirely reasonable when you're standing in your own house being told about moisture in the walls.
Hearing it twice from two angles is how it actually lands. Glad that worked.
