Thank you for sharing your experience and for trusting Canine Training Co. with your girl! It means so much to hear how dramatically life has changed for your entire household. Living with tension and aggression between dogs in the same home can be incredibly stressful, especially when injuries are occurring. I'm so happy that our 3-week Board and Train program, focused on behavior modification, confidence building, and establishing healthier interactions with other dogs, helped create such a positive transformation. What makes this success even more rewarding is the dedication you put into continuing her training at home. Lasting behavioral change is a team effort, and you deserve so much credit for following through, reinforcing her new skills, and helping her become a calmer, more confident dog. At Canine Training Co., our goal is not simply to improve obedience, but to help dogs and their owners build safer, happier, and more harmonious lives together. Whether we're addressing dog aggression, reactivity, or other challenging behaviors, we want families to feel confident maintaining their progress long after training ends. Thank you again for allowing me to be part of her journey!

Thank you so much for your review and for trusting me with Hazel! It was such a pleasure having her as part of the Canine Training Co. family during her 3-week Board & Train program. Seeing Hazel's progress with leash manners, off-leash reliability, and recall was incredibly rewarding, but what means the most to me is knowing that you felt confident she was loved and cared for throughout her stay. Building a strong relationship with every dog I train is just as important to me as the training itself. I want every dog to feel safe, comfortable, and happy while learning new skills. Seeing Hazel's excitement during our follow-up lessons was just as heartwarming for me! I'm so proud of how far she's come, and I'm excited for all the adventures and newfound freedom you'll get to enjoy together. Thank you again for choosing Canine Training Co. for Hazel's training. It truly means the world to me!

I only wish we had found Canine Training Co. sooner! I can't say enough wonderful things about Kieli and Canine Training Co. She has truly changed our lives and given us a level of freedom with our two miniature dachshunds that I honestly wasn't sure was possible. Our oldest started becoming reactive around six months old. Over the next few years, I tried everything—obedience classes, online training, countless hours of research, and even a private trainer. I was willing to put in whatever time, effort, and money it took, but we just weren't making progress. Then we added a second dachshund to our family, and suddenly we had TWO reactive dogs. Taking them anywhere had become incredibly stressful. I found Canine Training Co. through Instagram. Their videos of previously reactive dogs walking calmly through the Downtown Cary dog park with their owners showed exactly what I had been dreaming of for my dogs. I scheduled a phone consultation expecting to hear what I had heard from other trainers: "This is our process, these are our prices, let's get you scheduled." But that wasn't the experience at all. Kieli spent almost the entire consultation asking about my dogs, getting a full picture of our situation, and determining whether she could effectively help us. From there, we scheduled an in-person evaluation and our first private lesson. I learned more about my dogs and their behavior in those two meetings with Kieli than I had from all my prior efforts combined. During those meetings, Kieli determined that the best next step for our dogs was Canine Training Co.'s three-week board-and-train program. This was not a decision we made lightly. The thought of trusting someone else with my dogs for that long, along with the stress I worried they might experience in a new environment, weighed heavily on me. But the experience was exactly the opposite of what I had feared. Kieli sent regular updates from day one, and it was obvious from the photos and videos that my dogs were happy and incredibly well cared for. Their progress from one update to the next was undeniable. When they came home, they were excited to see us but seemed disappointed when Kieli left. It was clear they had enjoyed their experience! And the results have been nothing short of AMAZING. I keep telling people it feels like magic! Our board-and-train program included three additional private lessons where we learned how to put all our dogs' new skills into practice. We can now confidently take them places, and we finally understand how to manage their reactivity. We even took them to the Downtown Cary dog park, something I never would have imagined before! Another incredible result is that our youngest dog, who has always been especially nervous, has gained so much confidence. His day-to-day quality of life has improved in a way I never thought possible for him. What makes Kieli and Canine Training Co. so special is that they don't just train dogs. They teach YOU how to understand your dogs and continue their progress. I feel like my dogs and I finally speak the same language. After years of trying to figure this out on my own, that has made all the difference. My only regret is not finding Kieli sooner. I think about all the walks, outings, and experiences we missed because we didn't have the tools to help our dogs. The quality of life we all have now is absolutely priceless. If you're struggling with a reactive dog, please don't wait like I did. Call Canine Training Co. The difference Kieli has made in our lives has been an incredible gift, and I would make this investment again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Kieli, for giving us our freedom back! ❤️🐾

Wow! ❤️ I truly cannot thank you enough for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and heartfelt review. Hearing how much your lives have changed means more to me than you know. One of the most rewarding parts of being a dog trainer is helping families who have spent years struggling with behavioral challenges finally experience the freedom and enjoyment they always hoped to have with their dogs. Arlo and Alfie are a perfect example of why I love what I do! Dog reactivity can be incredibly frustrating and emotionally exhausting, especially when you've invested so much time and effort without seeing the progress you hoped for. What made working with your family so great was your dedication to understanding your dogs, not just correcting their behavior. You were committed to learning, asking questions, and putting in the work necessary for lasting change. At the Canine Training Co., our approach to dog training and behavior rehabilitation goes beyond teaching obedience commands. We focus on helping dogs develop confidence, emotional stability, and the ability to navigate real-world environments while teaching owners how to understand and communicate effectively with their dogs. Seeing your boys progress from struggling with reactivity to calmly enjoying outings around other dogs and people in Downtown Cary is exactly what we strive to accomplish through our Board & Train and private dog training programs. I'm especially happy to hear how much Alfie's confidence has grown. Helping a nervous or fearful dog feel more comfortable in the world is just as meaningful as improving leash manners or reducing reactive behaviors. Most importantly, you deserve tremendous credit for their continued success. The three-week Board & Train program helped establish a foundation, but your commitment to the follow-up lessons and continued training at home is what makes those skills last. Thank you for trusting me with your boys and allowing me to be part of their journey. Families like yours are why I'm so passionate about helping dogs and their owners throughout Cary, Apex, Raleigh, Morrisville, and the greater North Carolina Triangle. I couldn't be happier for all of you, and I hope you enjoy many more peaceful walks, adventures, and experiences together. Give those sweet boys some love from me! ❤️🐾

I'm so glad you're feeling more confident and enjoying your walks together! Thank you again for your recommendation! Thank you so much for taking the time to share this! We truly appreciate your trust in Kieli and the Canine Training Co. Finding the right dog trainer can feel overwhelming, especially when there are so many different opinions and approaches to dog training. Our goal is to provide every dog and owner with honest, compassionate, results-focused training that considers the individual dog, their behavior, and what the family needs to be successful long-term. Whether we’re working on basic obedience, leash manners, confidence, reactivity, behavior modification, or more advanced training, we believe dogs deserve clear communication, fair expectations, and training that builds reliable behavior without losing sight of the dog in front of us. Thank you again for trusting the Canine Training Co. with Mango. It means a great deal to us! We sent our two pups, Cooper and Mabel, to Kieli when going away for our honeymoon. Although both dogs were well behaved beforehand/didn’t have any major issues, they needed work on leash manners, confidence, off training recall, and being neutral in new situations/around other dogs. After 3 weeks they gained so many new skills and confidence to take on new scenarios and environments. Kieli was incredibly patient with Cooper who is fearful of many things and most importantly helped teach us on how to approach problems with them to ensure success for the long run.

Thank you so much for trusting Canine Training Co. with Cooper and Mabel—especially while you were away celebrating your honeymoon! It was such a pleasure having them for their 3-week Board & Train program. Even well-behaved dogs can benefit from professional training to strengthen leash manners, off-leash recall, confidence, and calm, neutral behavior around other dogs and in new environments. I’m especially proud of the progress Cooper made building confidence and learning how to work through situations that previously made him fearful. One of the most important parts of dog training is making sure the progress continues at home, so I’m thrilled to hear that you also left the program feeling more confident about how to approach challenges and set Cooper and Mabel up for long-term success. Thank you again for choosing the Canine Training Co. for your dogs’ training! It means so much to work with families throughout Cary, Apex, Morrisville, and the surrounding Triangle area who want reliable, real-world training that helps their dogs become more confident and enjoyable companions.

Kieli did an amazing job with our puppy. After 3 weeks at "camp" our pup came home a different dog, she was more attentive and obedient and responsive, just simply more well behaved. We were at the point where we were beginning to wonder if she would ever be well behaved, but to our great relief, Kieli worked her magic and we now have a wonderful dog who we can take anywhere with us without worry, and can enjoy without stress. Daily life with our pup is so much simpler now, thank you so much Kieli for all you did for us!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience Shannon! It was a pleasure getting to work with Nia. One of the most rewarding parts of the job is seeing owners go from feeling overwhelmed and wondering if life with their dog will ever get easier, to feeling confident taking them anywhere. You've done a great job reinforcing the training. Thank you for trusting the Canine Training Co. with your pup and choosing us for a board and train program. I'm grateful to be able to help families throughout Cary, Apex, Raleigh, Morrisville, Holly Springs, and the Triangle build well-behaved, confident dogs they can truly enjoy at home and in public.

I adopted a dog who was age 2 and who had been abused (and found by the police after he was thrown away). He had a lack of confidence, was sad, confused, reactive to people and dogs, and didn't trust most people - I was an exception, fortunately. We went through a couple of private lessons after Kieli evaluated him, and he went through the 3 week board & train program with follow up training for me. He's a different dog. Kieli is great with dogs and parents, trains using positives, and helps dogs like mine to have a second chance at a happy life. Caning Training Company's program actually works. It takes me being consistent and reinforcing what he learned, but he's now a happy pup! Thank you, Kieli!!

Thank you so much for kind review and taking the time to share your experience working with the Canine Training Co. Helping him transform from a fearful, reactive dog into a confident, happy companion has been incredibly rewarding. Dogs who have experienced abuse or neglect often need more than basic obedience training—they need patience, structure, clear communication, and a training plan that builds confidence while helping them feel safe in the world. I'm so glad our private dog training lessons, 3-week Board & Train program, and follow-up coaching gave both of you the tools to succeed. You also deserve a lot of credit. Your consistency and commitment to continuing his training at home are a huge part of why he's doing so well today. The best dog training results always come from a partnership between the trainer and the owner.

Kieli was wonderful to work with to train our puppy, Fitz. She was very patient and flexible with our schedule, including pushing the board and train timeline back when Fitz was sick. Fitz's transformation after working with Kieli was incredible, and Kieli did an amazing job teaching us how to implement her methods to maintain his good behavior. It was as if she taught us a new language to use to talk to Fitz. The follow up in-person training sessions were super helpful and built on each other to help us feel more confident in more situations, and Fitz was so excited to see her each time. Thank you Kieli!

Thank you so much for the kind words and for trusting us with Fitz! We’re thrilled to hear how much progress he made through our Board & Train program and follow-up sessions. Every dog is different, so being flexible and working at Fitz’s pace was important to us, especially while he was feeling under the weather. We’re so proud of the transformation you achieved together and love hearing that the training helped strengthen communication and understanding between you and Fitz. One of our biggest goals at Canine Training Co. is not just training dogs, but teaching owners how to confidently continue that success at home and in real-world situations. It means so much to hear that the follow-up lessons helped build your confidence along the way. Fitz was such a fun pup to work with, and we always looked forward to seeing him too! This was one of the best decisions my wife and I have ever made. We spent the first year with our golden mix training him and working through things. Ultimately, he was just being a pushy bully to our older dog and kids. We knew it wasn’t fair to him, the kids, and our older dog to be in these situations. So we decided to go with a Board and Train program. After asking around we heard great things about Canine Training Co and decided to give them a try. After three weeks with Kieli, he is a new dog. He actually listens to our requests, has good leash manners, and is respectful to our older dog and kids. We are so grateful to Kieli and the Canine Training Co team for helping us restore peace to our house and enjoy time with our dog again. Highly recommend!!

Thank you so much for the incredible review Brandon! We know how stressful it can feel when your dog’s behavior starts affecting peace at home, especially with kids and another dog involved. Hearing that he now listens well, walks politely on leash, and is showing more respect around your family and older dog is exactly why we do what we do. We’re grateful you gave us the opportunity to help and truly appreciate your recommendation. Thank you again for being part of the Canine Training Co family!
