There fogger selection was like 5 flavors, and they were the most expensive for everything. Like 20 more thrn everywhere else. I won't be back for vaps.
Good selection. Highly competitive pricing. And last but not least, amazing staff! Always on point and ready to get you on your way with a smile.

This is in regard the the Union Street location and more specifically in the highest regard to the employee named Kayla. She was organizing the grinders when I was last in and her attention to detail and color scheme was superb. It was incredibly pleasing aesthetically. Every time I come in she is busying herself…
Selling a customer the wrong product is completely unacceptable especially when it seems to be on purpose, but bragging about it on social media like it’s funny or something to be proud of makes it even worse. This isn’t a joke or a “cool” story.... It's careless, unprofessional, and shows a serious lack of respect…

Went in early on a Sunday, had to use their ATM because cash only sales. The ATM held onto my card for about 5 minutes "processing" and then said there was an error. The money was removed from my account and no money was dispensed. It took over a week for this company to take accountability and rectify this situation. They did not call me back any of the multiple times they told me they would, and once it was resolved I again had to call to receive this information, which was given rather aggressively as "the situation has been resolved...." To which I had to again as "what does that mean?" I had to go into their store to get my refund, (which I wouldn't have received without my driver's license) and was finally given my refund of less than 50 bucks, after 12 complete days of trying to be civil and wait to hear from them. The manager is a yes man, and the "budtender" whom was there during the initial interaction and the final interaction is clearly not a people person as she treated me like I was in the wrong demanding they go good for this situation. 1 out of 5 because I did get my refund, eventually. Otherwise. 0 out of 5. (Don't worry cannabis haven, I'm not going to ever be back again so your reply doesn't mean anything to me.)

This yound lady is not just an exemplary employee, but an exemplary human being and a true credit to your company and an even bigger asset to humanity.
I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ll never be back again. Had a situation with Corey the Management - They had opened the barricades on the storefront and unlocked the door which I didn’t know it was unlocked at the time. My iPhone read 8 o’clock I was standing there talking to a veteran and we both recognise the time so I said I would try the door. I tried the door. It opened. We both walked in and immediately got in trouble with Corey. Mind you when I open the door, I asked the staff are you guys open? Is it okay to come in? And I was told yes. We were both told to not enter the store without permission no matter the time because we will be the reason the store gets bombarded from other people wanting to come in. I think a simple way to solve this problem is if he didn’t want anybody in the store and he shouldn’t have Unlock the doors. It was my first time going in the morning and I was very embarrassed to be scolded from my point of view. I didn’t do anything wrong. It was 8 o’clock in the morning. I pushed on the door and it opened so I entered. I didn’t like him putting that heavy burden on me of being the fault of other people’s actions because of what I did. It didn’t feel good and it didn’t sit right. I’ll never be back!

I have visited and bought from this store before but after seeing this post online, I no longer feel comfortable to do so. Outrageous and she should be held accountable!!!
