Google reviewers praise the dispensary's friendly, knowledgeable staff and clean, welcoming environment, noting that employees often assist customers with product selection and ordering. Recurring themes highlight affordable pricing, a wide variety of strains, and efficient service that makes the shopping process easy. However, some low-star reviews criticize the quality and potency of in-house flower brands, describing them as dry or ineffective, while others report instances of rushed service, incorrect product fulfillment, or uncomfortable interactions during ID verification.

Super easygoing and hassle free experience. Curtis welcomed me in and scanned my driver's license and I was on my way. Super clean and well organized with friendly people. Highly recommend!
Dempsey was great when I came into pickup! Ordered on Weedmaps it was so easy. Shop is great!
Super expensive weed, and their own weed is trash. Got a 1/4 of their own weed Pineapple Express and it claims that it was harvested last year and is hard as a rock. Grinded into dust and didn’t get me high feeling at all. Worst $60+ ever spent, would never recommend or come here again. Spend your money and time…
the staff were so kind, courteous and patient. helps that it’s one of the few recreational dispos in the area!

Always welcoming . Amazing prices and amazing people. Love the drinks and the variety they have is better than most in the L/A area EDIT-*** today July 18th 2025 I had come in the day before bought a cart and got home to realize unfortunately, the rugged roots cartridge did not fit my type of vaporizer pen… So after a long hard day at work, I decided to go see if I could explain the situation and I’m glad I did. I was greeted welcomed with the bright smile. She helped me do an exchange. I was able to purchase some more pre-rolls and I was educated on which ones would further fit my specific vaporizer pen! I believe that the young lady’s name was Dempsey and she deserves recognition because she was extremely polite. She explained it was her first time encountering a problem like this, but she went through With ease and then proceeded to help educate me instead of making me feel stupid like other places have in the past!! Just another reason why I will forever be a customer here at the Auburn Highway!! PS the young lady deserves a bonus for her patience

Grinded into dust and didn’t get me high feeling at all. Worst $60+ ever spent, would never recommend or come here again. Spend your money and time somewhere else that doesn’t want to sell you dried up rocks. Highly upset with Highly’s products. I also got an 1/8 of Firefly’s wedding pie there that was actually good. Not dry and smelled good. That wasn’t a bad smoke but would not get Highly’s products.
Thanks for leaving us a review. Would be happy to setup an exchange for some fresher product if it suits you better. Reach out to us at [email protected] and we will get you setup.
I highly recommend highly it’s is my go to place!!! Have to try!
