We had a nest of European hornets (not something many pest control companies will even touch). Canton Termite & Pest Control showed up just 30 minutes after the initial call. William was professional and knowledgeable, walked us through exactly how the treatment would work, and had the nest handled in about 45…
We had an emergency of sorts at work and I called several different pest control companies in the area, they were the only ones to respond. Came out same day for what was essentially an "emergency" service. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and actually found that the problem was worse than we thought. Had…
Great company to work with. I had a bald faced hornets nest they built in my tree. Once I discovered it William contacted me promptly and was able to fit me in before our open house this weekend. William was awesome. Surveryed the situation, identified the best course of action, walked us through the plan, and…
I have gotten a termite bond, quarterly pest control, help with mice, and a yellow jacket nest extermination all through Canton Termite and Pest Control. Every time I have called I have had a real person answer the phone, and their service was quick and top notch. I am very happy with the services they have…
Dwayne Epps did great job
Canton Termite and Pest Control has been great to us! They are super responsive, always aim to please, and never miss the mark. Nick is great. He's friendly, funny, and amazingly knowledgeable about bugs (and fishing)! Our house on a heavily wooded lot would be overrun with pests were it not for his help.
We have nothing but great things to say about Canton Termite and Pest Control. Specifically we have worked with Dwayne Epps. We love Dwayne so much that we request him each time now. He is not only our pest control person but also he has become a family friend. He is so knowlegable about his craft that you can ask…
They say word of mouth is the best advertisement. We were referred by a current customer of Canton Termite & Pest Control, in particular to ask for the agent Dwayne. If he is representative of the staff there, they are indeed well equipped to handle your pest control needs in a timely & professional manner. The…
Updated 7/9/2021 It's not always fun living by a wooded area, snakes, bugs, wasps, that being said.....thank goodness for Canton Pest Control. Today Nic came out and sprayed a yellow jacket nest for us. YAY! Thank you again for such great service! (P.S. a thank you to Dwayne for showing us how to find the…
A BIG thank you to Nic! He is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I had a snake on my property and not only did he remove the snake for me, he taught me a lot about snakes as well, which put my mind more at ease. I always get a lesson when Nic comes around and I love that. It shows he loves his job…
The absolute best. I've been using Canton Termite and Pest Control for 7 years. They are very responsive and thorough. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and professional.
William Botts was very professional and went above and beyond what I could have asked for. Very professional
We had a huge European hornet nest in a large hollow cedar tree in our cow pasture. The tree was located next to our cattle work pen and water trough with several nest entry points about 5 - 8 feet high. It's location posed a serious hazard to us, our cattle and neighbors. William Botts, our pest control…
