They communicate well and sweep down spider webs. We haven't found many bugs in the house since they started their extermination service for us. Our biggest concern is scorpions and we have only had two in the house in the past 5 years since we have had their service.

He was right on time, very efficient, and kindly interacted with the Tenants.
