They did an amazing job and very quickly completed!
I can't say enough positive things about this place. Matt was wonderful with consistent communication throughout the entire time my vehicle was being fixed and handled all of the insurance woes on his end. The car looks absolutely phenomenal, better than when I bought it originally. If I am ever in a position where…
First shop I’ve come across with people who are honest, responsive, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
I am so lucky I found Capital City Collision. I’ve read the reviews since and they are all just as I experienced my repair with Matt: honest and fair pricing, great turn around time, timing all happened just as promised, beautiful work, my car was returned to me in immaculate condition. Matt and staff were great to…
When I first took my car in, I was met by David who is friendly and a good guy. He looked at the damage on my vehicle and told me exactly what they would do, how long it would take and when I would get my car back. David stayed in touch during the repairs to let me know how it was going. The car was finished and I…
After a frustrating experience getting an estimate at another auto body shop, I found Capital City Collision on a whim, and I’m so glad I did! Exceptional work and customer service.
My daughter was in an accident and needed a repair shop in Raleigh. Since I live 3 hours away, I decided to use Capital City based on all the great Google reviews. I could have chosen a number of shops in the Raleigh area, but so glad I chose this one. Now that the job is finished, I want to commend Matt and his…
My car was side swiped in a parking lot the day I was trying to sell it. Literally the worst timing! I was able to get in a get a quote quickly and easily the same day. Matt and his team over at Capital City Collison did a wonderful job getting the car looking great again, and helped me to get it back up on the…
They are the absolute best! David took his time and explaned the process to me, keeping me updated as to the progress. They went the extra mile to make sure my rental car was taken care of. I was treated with kindness and respect. Highly recommend!
I had an unfortunate situation with a minor collision. Fortunately, Matt from Capital City Collision put me at ease the minute we met. The job was done efficiently and promptly. I couldn't have asked for a better experienced.
Matt and the Team at Capital City Collision did an excellent job repairing my Porsche 911 (996). I was hit by a deer beginning November and there I was with my bumper and right light broken. After several calls with insurance, and a number of denials form other Body-Shops without especial reasons, Capital City…
