We hired Capital Renovations to build a new gabled roof over our front porch, and we could not be happier with the result. We weren't just looking for something functional — we wanted the new porch to look like it had always been part of the house, and they absolutely delivered.
Edin and Julio were both fantastic to work with. They were professional, friendly, helpful, and made sure throughout the project that things were being done right. They communicated well, showed up when they said they would, and clearly cared about both the quality of the work and whether we were happy with it.
The crew was great as well. Darwin in particular was friendly and helpful. At one point he even took a look at a completely unrelated problem we were having with the door on our shed and gave us some advice on how to make it close better. It was a small thing, but it's a good example of the kind of people we were dealing with.
The craftsmanship on the porch is outstanding. The cedar posts and beams, exposed woodwork in the gable, tongue-and-groove ceiling, roofing, and finish details all came together beautifully. The attention to detail really shows.
We've made several improvements to the exterior of our home recently, but this porch is the piece that brought everything together. Our house is nearly 30 years old, and the finished exterior honestly looks like new construction now. The porch completely transformed the front of the house and turned what had been a fairly plain entrance into the focal point of the home.
Just as importantly, the experience was good from beginning to end. Everyone was dependable, respectful of our property, friendly, helpful, and pleasant to have around. When you're hiring people to spend days working at your home, that matters.
We are supremely happy with the finished porch and will absolutely use Capital Renovations again. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Edin, Julio, and their team to anyone looking for a contractor who is professional, reliable, friendly, helpful, and does genuinely high-quality work.

It was a privilege to work on your home, and we are grateful for your trust and recommendation. We look forward to serving you again in the future.

This company is by far the very BEST that I have had the pleasure of working with. An entire team of respectful and true professionals. I had a 12 x 24 closet and french drain constructed. Every question or concern my husband had Mr. Edin had a thorough answer. Mr. Julio was my go to guy along with Mr. Edin. Everyday Mon - Fri 0800 - 6pm or later this team was here and I was provided me with a daily status. I have never seen this much manual labor. The men worked hard and the women worked even harder :) On Fridays I was provided with a status and schedule for the following week. I never had to look for anyone and the job was done perfectly. Mr. Edwin the professional painter did just that. He made my bathroom and closet look seamless. If you came to my property you will not find any debris that indicated work was done. Everything came out perfect and I am more than pleased with the work. I have several more projects I'd like done and look forward to working with them.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. It truly means a lot to me and the entire team.
It was a pleasure working with you and your husband throughout the project. We always want our clients to feel informed and comfortable every step of the way, so I'm glad we were able to answer your questions and keep you updated from start to finish.
I'll be sure to share your kind words with Julio, Edwin, and the rest of the crew. They work incredibly hard every day, and I know they'll appreciate the recognition. We also take a lot of pride in leaving every job site clean and making sure the finished work looks like it has always been there, so it's great to hear that stood out to you.
Thank you again for trusting us with your home. We truly appreciate your business and look forward to helping you with your future projects. It will be a pleasure to work with you again.
