Doctors truly care about these animals and do not upsell unnecessarily. They're always on time and friendly. The place is clean.
The receptionist from Monday is extremely rude. She gives you “what do you want” treatment. Sad part she’s always there so you always have to interact with her. Exams seem super rushed but drs are kind. Their level of professionalism has gone down hill for some time now. They seem clueless most of the time…
Most of the vets seem adequate enough however the vet assistants or vet techs (the younger women who accompany the vet and come in to take notes beforehand, etc) need training at the very least. One woman questioned me about why I needed to put my puppy into daycare as if it was any of her business. I also had some difficulty getting him back inside his travel carrier and she re entered the examination room abruptly looking around and asking me if I needed something else as if she didn't just witness me struggling to get my puppy back inside the crate. Perhaps she assumed I was a thief at least that's how I was treated. In any case for the prices they charge and the treatment you receive you would be better off taking your pet to one of the many non profit clinics in the area. You will receive better treatment , and will be left with some money in your wallet.
Pet friendly, great customer service and a very safe environment. Keep up the good work.
