Gil G. I was looking for a shop closer to me that I could trust to work on my Porsche 718 Cayman S. After some research, I came across two that I interviewed and ultimately decided on Carolina Eurowerks. I’m very happy that I decided on them. Their service advisor Sergio, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to…
This was my first visit at Carolina EuroWerks. After my vehicle diagnostic, Sergio explained the diagnostic report. I highly recommend this business!
I had a great experience at EuroWerks. They got my Maserati wheel alignment together!!! I will be returning for all my auto needs 😊 10 out of 10 Update: 9.15.2026 I had to have another issues fixed with my Maserati (fuel leak maybe) EuroWerks got me in and out same day issue fixed same day. I can't thank this company enough. I am a customer 4-life!'
I brought my 2012 mini cooper S in for “slight” vibrations at highway speeds. They found the issue quickly, walked me through the needed repairs and, had my solution sorted in a very timely manner. No complaints. Just compliments
Absolute amazing experience would recommend anyone go to their shop that has a European car or a Volkswagen. Let them get it up on the lift take a look at things and they will tell you the absolute truth. These guys are 100%.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. My car needed repairs unexpectedly, and they were able to get me in and have it fixed the very same day. They even had someone go to the dealership to pick up the part so I wouldn’t have to wait, which I truly appreciated. They were even able to take…
These guys are the absolute best. Quick with responses, open and transparent and direct to the point. Don’t think twice about taking your car to these guys. -Phil Mink
The guys were great here. It’s a little automotive gem tucked in Indian Trail that’s a little tricky to find, but wow! They were straight up with the work, reasonably priced, high end parts/oil, and the tech walked me through everything once they finished. I have a 2013 VW SportWagen TDI and they had no issue. I’ll…
I needed a second opinion after a repair estimate from a local Mercedes dealer. These guys are honest and very professional. This was my first visit and won't be my last. I can highly recommend them.
I just focus on the diagnostic and later replacement of the thermostat on my MiniCooper Artificial Intelligence reported: „The price of replacing the thermostat on a 2013 Mini Cooper can vary depending on labor costs and location. Here are some estimates: • Average cost: $621-$735, with labor costs between…
Very easy to book an appointment. Staff were very knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable. Did not try to sell or upcharge anything I didn't need. Their honesty was very much appreciated. Did not have to wait that long for service for coolant system, battery assessment and oil change. They actually change the oil…
Good experience overall. The team was professional and respectful. I especially appreciate that they reached out to me by phone the very next day after my visit to follow up and make sure everything was clear. That level of attention really shows they care about their customers. They stand behind their work and value good service
Expert Service and very knowledgeable Service Advisors.
This was my first time using Carolina Eurowerks. They were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They diagnosed the source of the problem, worked with the parts supplier to get the best pricing possible and completed the work in a timely manner. Very happy with their whole process. I will continue to go to…
Audi Q5 and Q3 have found a new shop. My dealings with the professional staff, level of communications, and expert service, enable me to reccommend Carolina Eurowerks without hesitation. Thanks to all.
Good work good people I’m very satisfied!
Fantastic European specialty shop. They service my Audi and Porsche with precision and care. Honest, reliable, and refreshingly easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone with a European vehicle.
Called in cause my service light went on in my mini cooper. They got me in the next day. Car runs great! I highly recommend them for service on any euro car. Customer service was great too!
Had both tensioners and A/C belts replaced—no more chirping noise when idling! With the front and rear suspension now done, the car runs super smooth. Really appreciate you all’s professionalism and quality work. — Melvin
