I brought my 2012 mini cooper S in for “slight” vibrations at highway speeds. They found the issue quickly, walked me through the needed repairs and, had my solution sorted in a very timely manner. No complaints. Just compliments
The guys were great here. It’s a little automotive gem tucked in Indian Trail that’s a little tricky to find, but wow! They were straight up with the work, reasonably priced, high end parts/oil, and the tech walked me through everything once they finished. I have a 2013 VW SportWagen TDI and they had no issue. I’ll…
I just focus on the diagnostic and later replacement of the thermostat on my MiniCooper Artificial Intelligence reported: „The price of replacing the thermostat on a 2013 Mini Cooper can vary depending on labor costs and location. Here are some estimates: • Average cost: $621-$735, with labor costs between…
An amazing shop! Went in for a waterpump issue on a 2015 audi A3. The fixed the issue as well as told me what also could have made it break faster which helped for future reference. An prior, my heat wasn’t working which I thought would be fixed with a new thermostat, so I went in to have it looked at again, they…
Expert Service and very knowledgeable Service Advisors.
This was my first time using Carolina Eurowerks. They were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They diagnosed the source of the problem, worked with the parts supplier to get the best pricing possible and completed the work in a timely manner. Very happy with their whole process. I will continue to go to…
Fantastic European specialty shop. They service my Audi and Porsche with precision and care. Honest, reliable, and refreshingly easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone with a European vehicle.
Very helpful, quick, and reassuring, great company ‼️
Great guys to work with and the shop rolls nicely.
This shop is the only place I’m willing to let touch my vehicles. They’ve been reliable and consistent throughout the last 4 years I’ve had the pleasure of knowing this place. They will tell you the truth about the condition of your car without trying to upsell unneeded repairs. Fantastic place.
A new tech at the shop (young skinny guy) did the best BMW alignment I have EVER had. The cherry on top was when he asked me to sit in the drivers seat as he dialed it in. My car rides so true that I called 3 of my buddies and told the how great it drives because of him. Walnut blast the intakes too… like a new car. Thanks
Professional technician and top notch service
Awesome communication, work done in a timely manner and done right the 1st time. Would highly recommend anyone with a European vehicle to use them. Overall 100% satisfied!

We own a 2008 MB E350 4Matic that has 76,000 miles. It’s still in great shape, so our intent is to keep driving it. When I last took it to the dealer for a transmission fluid service, I walked away with a laundry list of recommended repairs with a price tag of $10K. I found Carolina Eurowerks with a google search…
First I would love to thank Chris! He took excellent care of my 2009 G37. I’ve had the car for over a decade and thought I was maintaining it well. Ive taken my car to woodies and the Infiniti dealerships, and they were dishonest, they mistreated and performed poor maintenance/service yet overcharged me without…
Tim and his employees have the best customer service in CLT. If not for these guys I wouldn’t have ever fixed my bmw m4. The battery and modules were fried when I bought it, Carolina Eurowerks was able to repair all of the modules and wiring harness. Guess where I towed my bmw at 3am when my buddy busted my oil pan,…
Carolina Euroworks has done a great job on my vehicles. They are honest and tell me what I need and what I do not need. Most places just try to sell you stuff but Carolina Euroworks is honest and transparent about what you actually need or do not need. My vehicles always run better after they have fixed,…
