Gil G. I was looking for a shop closer to me that I could trust to work on my Porsche 718 Cayman S. After some research, I came across two that I interviewed and ultimately decided on Carolina Eurowerks. I’m very happy that I decided on them. Their service advisor Sergio, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to…
The work was done at a reasonable price, they scheduled me in and took care of both of my cars. Very professional
Carolina Euroworks as usual were very astute when handling my Rolls-Royce. Quick intake that still offers a high level of attention to detail. Highly recommend their shop to anyone who has a foreign vehicle that is looking for superior service.
I like the honest upfront prices.
Full brake service and oil change on my wife’s 2023 BMW X3. Ted and his staff have been great providing service for my vehicles over the years! Highly recommend this shop!
Great experience. Will go there again
Absolute amazing experience would recommend anyone go to their shop that has a European car or a Volkswagen. Let them get it up on the lift take a look at things and they will tell you the absolute truth. These guys are 100%.
First time customer. I took my BMW over to Carolina Eurowerks for several repairs. I had a quick & timely turn around on a full assessment for the car and repairs. The shop answered all of the questions I had about some of the recommendations provided. Pricing was reasonably priced and a much better value than…
These guys are the absolute best. Quick with responses, open and transparent and direct to the point. Don’t think twice about taking your car to these guys. -Phil Mink
I have a C43 AMG and I won’t take it anywhere else. I always appreciate this proactive team, their transparency, and their kindness!
Great service and very knowledgeable!! Highly recommend
had a great experience, everyone was professional and friendly. these guys should get a raise
These folks are upfront and straight to the point. And their pricing is by far the most reasonable and fair vs other shops.
Just recently had my VW Passat at Carolina Eurowerks for two different repairs. First time replacing the transmission, radiator and coolers along with any other additional parts to do the job right. Both times Sergio was very honest and helpful when I would call about the car. Even though they work on very high end…
Very easy to book an appointment. Staff were very knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable. Did not try to sell or upcharge anything I didn't need. Their honesty was very much appreciated. Did not have to wait that long for service for coolant system, battery assessment and oil change. They actually change the oil…
Took my car here to get a ton of work on it, still had it back by the end of the day, and everything done here was done very well. Definitely coming back for my service needs in the future.
This was my first time using Carolina Eurowerks. They were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They diagnosed the source of the problem, worked with the parts supplier to get the best pricing possible and completed the work in a timely manner. Very happy with their whole process. I will continue to go to…
Audi Q5 and Q3 have found a new shop. My dealings with the professional staff, level of communications, and expert service, enable me to reccommend Carolina Eurowerks without hesitation. Thanks to all.
First repair shop I have been to with this car that has been efficient, fair priced, and communicative. Quoted a much lower price compared to past shops I’ve been to that wouldn’t give me warranty where this place would.
Great service would recommend bringing your car here.
Carolina EuroWerks saved my ride a month ago. My original auto shop bailed on me when my car had some transmission issues and had to find a reputable shop who can take it asap. These guys didn’t disappoint! Reliable, reasonable and verified repair pros! Now they’re my new auto shop and just recommended them to my…
Fantastic European specialty shop. They service my Audi and Porsche with precision and care. Honest, reliable, and refreshingly easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone with a European vehicle.
Called in cause my service light went on in my mini cooper. They got me in the next day. Car runs great! I highly recommend them for service on any euro car. Customer service was great too!
Had both tensioners and A/C belts replaced—no more chirping noise when idling! With the front and rear suspension now done, the car runs super smooth. Really appreciate you all’s professionalism and quality work. — Melvin
I personally can not say enough good things about them. Having gone to several other places first they fixed the issues. I was not misled and they were willing to work with me. Absolutely huge shout out to both Chris and Sergio. Your service and your professionalism truly shined. 2012 Jaguar XF
Great guys to work with and the shop rolls nicely.
Stopped in for an oil change and to have an oil leak and check engine light scanned. Car was running fine when I got there. When they gave it back it would barely start, and ran extremely rough. They came out and hooked up a scanner and told me my timing was off and told me not to drive the car and have it towed to…
This shop is the only place I’m willing to let touch my vehicles. They’ve been reliable and consistent throughout the last 4 years I’ve had the pleasure of knowing this place. They will tell you the truth about the condition of your car without trying to upsell unneeded repairs. Fantastic place.
A new tech at the shop (young skinny guy) did the best BMW alignment I have EVER had. The cherry on top was when he asked me to sit in the drivers seat as he dialed it in. My car rides so true that I called 3 of my buddies and told the how great it drives because of him. Walnut blast the intakes too… like a new car. Thanks
Always good work
Professional technician and top notch service

From the very moment of calling Carolina EuroWerks Chris was very polite. He gave me reasonable time tables considering I needed my car repaired as soon as possible. Great place to take your European cars. I’ll go to no other place for repairs or maintenance on my bmw.
Several years ago I was looking for a knowledgeable mechanic that was trustworthy to preform upgrades on my 335i BMW. I was referred to Tim. 6 years later, my wife and I still bring both our BMWs to Tim. Tim and his team are reliable, friendly, fast, and knowledgable. Can't wait for the new upgrades on my new F80!
Tim and his employees have the best customer service in CLT. If not for these guys I wouldn’t have ever fixed my bmw m4. The battery and modules were fried when I bought it, Carolina Eurowerks was able to repair all of the modules and wiring harness. Guess where I towed my bmw at 3am when my buddy busted my oil pan,…
Carolina Euroworks has done a great job on my vehicles. They are honest and tell me what I need and what I do not need. Most places just try to sell you stuff but Carolina Euroworks is honest and transparent about what you actually need or do not need. My vehicles always run better after they have fixed,…
Tim and his workers are the absolute best. My vehicle has given me trouble on two different occasions. This store will be where I take my vehicles to from now on. He had my vehicle repaired in a timely manner and also his communication is great. I appreciate you Tim.
