Gil G. I was looking for a shop closer to me that I could trust to work on my Porsche 718 Cayman S. After some research, I came across two that I interviewed and ultimately decided on Carolina Eurowerks. I’m very happy that I decided on them. Their service advisor Sergio, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to…
Fast service and reasonable price for a foreign car service. Much better than dealer pricing. Did not try to upsell and provided me with a good assessment of the overall vehicle condition. Answered all of my questions. Definitely recommend them.
The work was done at a reasonable price, they scheduled me in and took care of both of my cars. Very professional
Full brake service and oil change on my wife’s 2023 BMW X3. Ted and his staff have been great providing service for my vehicles over the years! Highly recommend this shop!
The guys were awesome! I appreciate you!
I brought my vehicle here and had a wonderful experience. I was treated with kindness, everyone was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Pricing was fair and transparent. The Greeters (Goldens) were also fantastic and very sweet. Will be returning!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. My car needed repairs unexpectedly, and they were able to get me in and have it fixed the very same day. They even had someone go to the dealership to pick up the part so I wouldn’t have to wait, which I truly appreciated. They were even able to take…
Great customer service and quality
I have a C43 AMG and I won’t take it anywhere else. I always appreciate this proactive team, their transparency, and their kindness!
The guys were great here. It’s a little automotive gem tucked in Indian Trail that’s a little tricky to find, but wow! They were straight up with the work, reasonably priced, high end parts/oil, and the tech walked me through everything once they finished. I have a 2013 VW SportWagen TDI and they had no issue. I’ll…
had a great experience, everyone was professional and friendly. these guys should get a raise
Great job with my Bentley oil changed. Very fast service.
Great experience being my first time there with my Porsche Cayenne GTS Highly recommended, Great Staff.
Is it possible to fall in love with an auto shop? Because if so... I definitely just did. Just took my 2017 Porsche Macan to Carolina Euroworks for a routine oil change and had a fantastic experience. My oil light came on, I booked an appointment for the next day, and was in and out in under an hour — super…
Very easy to book an appointment. Staff were very knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable. Did not try to sell or upcharge anything I didn't need. Their honesty was very much appreciated. Did not have to wait that long for service for coolant system, battery assessment and oil change. They actually change the oil…
Love the owners to pieces!! Great people doing what they love. Serving people and taking the headache out of car woes!! Thank you!!!! They went above and beyond and made phone calls for me while I got to read my book and drink my coffee in the waiting area. Even changed my battery in my key fob for me before I left.…
Generally concerned about addressing the issue at hand while still trying to find a cause.
This was my first time using Carolina Eurowerks. They were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They diagnosed the source of the problem, worked with the parts supplier to get the best pricing possible and completed the work in a timely manner. Very happy with their whole process. I will continue to go to…
Due to the sheer volume of business they have sometimes they are backed up. But if they are bring in that many customers there must be a reason. I bring my AUDI S7 there and it has always been great
high professional level, taking full passion what are they doing, clean work and always looking to accomplish and fix any type of challenge no other shop can’t do, I will full recommend 100 % Carlina EuroWerks to anyone worry to how treat their car like I did, I will continue taking my car with my eyes close for any…
My first time oil change with my Mercedes GLE 450. When I called, expected to book out a few days. Not at all! They asked when do you want to come? Tomorrow, ‘yes ma’am, what time would you like to come?’ Never expected that!! Top notch service, nice comfortable waiting area. The experience was fast and…
Chris and Sergio are Rockstars , straight forward and honest , can’t go around bringing your car here
Great guys to work with and the shop rolls nicely.
Stopped in for an oil change and to have an oil leak and check engine light scanned. Car was running fine when I got there. When they gave it back it would barely start, and ran extremely rough. They came out and hooked up a scanner and told me my timing was off and told me not to drive the car and have it towed to…
I brought in my X5 in for an oil change and they had it done within 15 min. The guys up front were very helpful! I will definitely be back!!

Chris at Carolina EuroWerks was very helpful and nice to me when I called to schedule appointment for a diagnostic and oil change on my Alfa Romeo. He kept me undated on what was being done to my car and completed everything in one day. I highly recommend Carolina EuroWerks in Indian Trail, NC for all your service needs.
Chris at the front is amazing. Very well communicated with over the phone. Kept me updated with progression of the services that I was getting. Thanks a lot Eurowerks.
Chris is a great guy to deal with and he/they know Mini's inside and out. I would highly recommend them and plan to keep using them in the future to service my Mini Cooper S......
Absolutely amazing service and well rounded individuals! Would recommend for all of your automotive needs!
First I would love to thank Chris! He took excellent care of my 2009 G37. I’ve had the car for over a decade and thought I was maintaining it well. Ive taken my car to woodies and the Infiniti dealerships, and they were dishonest, they mistreated and performed poor maintenance/service yet overcharged me without…
Several years ago I was looking for a knowledgeable mechanic that was trustworthy to preform upgrades on my 335i BMW. I was referred to Tim. 6 years later, my wife and I still bring both our BMWs to Tim. Tim and his team are reliable, friendly, fast, and knowledgable. Can't wait for the new upgrades on my new F80!
Tim and his employees have the best customer service in CLT. If not for these guys I wouldn’t have ever fixed my bmw m4. The battery and modules were fried when I bought it, Carolina Eurowerks was able to repair all of the modules and wiring harness. Guess where I towed my bmw at 3am when my buddy busted my oil pan,…
Carolina Euroworks has done a great job on my vehicles. They are honest and tell me what I need and what I do not need. Most places just try to sell you stuff but Carolina Euroworks is honest and transparent about what you actually need or do not need. My vehicles always run better after they have fixed,…
Had these guys do a 60k service on my Lexus Is350 and their prices were cut in half to what the stealership was quoting me. Can’t recommend them enough. I’ll be a customer for life.
Tim is an amazing mechanic, made my Mercedes E63 purr like a cat. Tim is very professional and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to German cars. All around great experience.
