They did a wonderful job with my carpet! The pet odor is completely gone. Thank you!

Alex was very courteous and went above and beyond to not only clean but treat my 2 couches and carpet on the stairs. The sectional needed some extra love because our kitty had used it as a litter box. The 3 seater couch required a deep clean after a lot of use. Super pleased

Alex did an awesome job on our 7-seater which was very needed. Super friendly and great to work with.

Bek did an amazing job! There were urine stains from my elderly dog, and he got every one of them out\. He was extremely nice, explained everything, and even had me check everything before he left to make sure I was happy with the results. I really appreciated that he wanted to make sure I approved of everything when he was done.

Bek was incredible. He was professional and courteous. He was thorough and updated me the entire time he worked on my couch. The companies pricing was very well set too. 5/5 this company is fantastic. And if I were the owner of this business I would hire people exactly like Bek.

Quick and efficient. Alex came in and completed the job professionally. We have a large dog and he was able to clear up hair I didn’t even know was in our carpet. We had two rooms, a hallway and a staircase and he was done within an hour.

I requested 2 couches, carpet, and carpet riser cleaning. Alex was great and on time. Everything was cleaned in about 2 hours and looked great!

Alex did an awesome job and was really personable and professional. Carpets look and smell great ! Great value, great price I highly recommend

Alex was very quick and professional. There was a stain and a smell in our closet that wasn’t sure would ever be removable but he did it!

Wow, amazing! So thorough!! Alex spent longer at our house than he thought he would need to because our rugs and couches were SO BAD. Now we can live in our house again - it smells so much better, no pee smell, and no stains left. Now we just need to kick out the dogs! ;) Would definitely use them again. Thank you, Alex!!

Highly recommend!! Alex came in, was polite, loved our dog, and got straight to work. Did a great job of spot cleaning in our bedroom, an entire area rug, as well as the children's furniture in the photo. As I said highly recommend.

Alex did an amazing job!! Carpets look brand new and he paid attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Showed up on time and did excellent work. Our cat was kind enough to pee on our couch while we were on vacation and Carpet Couch Cleaning did a thorough job removing the stain and the smell, which had seeped all the way into the couch cushion. Very reasonably priced as well.

Fantastic job! Went above and beyond.

They cleaned my carpet plus added a special treatment that was extra 20 dollars plus the extra 20 dollars to remove stain. At first everything looked good then couple days after we noticed the stain didn’t get removed.

I had a great experience with Carpet Couch Cleaning! My call was answered quickly, scheduling was easy, and Marat was right on time. He was professional, polite, took care with my floors and furniture, and most importantly, got the cat urine and vinegar odor out of my couch!

Great people , was i pleasure working with them

EDIT: After further inspection and putting the couch out to dry in the sun, I noticed that I could still heavily smell pee on one of the cushions and there are stains on the side. I had the couch pulled apart so he could access all sides of the cushions due to them not being removeable. I think the job was a little… Read full review

This was my first carpet cleaning experience and will not be my last! What Josh did in 2 hours would have taken me 2 days. I was debating purchasing my own $400 carpet shampooer and doing it myself but now I will just be getting my carpets cleaned 1-2x, year instead! I wish I took before pics, because there was dog… Read full review
