I had several things done today. About a 3 1/2 hour job. They cleaned some of my carpets, a few rugs, a sectional and several chairs. They always do a great job. This is my second time using them. Everything looks basically brand new. Easy scheduling, prompt arrival and absolutely delightful crew. Nathaniel is…
I prefer this company because they do quality work. They arrive on time and are always polite. The technicians are clean cut and present themselves well. They work really hard while they are here and it shows. They’re my number 1 pick in carpet cleaning and I’ve tried a whole bunch of different companies. Thank you to Carpet Renovations Inc !!
Friendly, easy to deal with and quick with their service
Professional. Kind. Through. Well done. Great job. Nathanial.
Steven was very professional and friendly--a hard worker. I was surprised when I paid that I was asked if I wanted to tip (Steven did not pressure me to do this.). However, if an employee has to rely on tips to supplement their income, then Carpet Renovations is not paying their employees adequately. This was the…
About 15 years ago I purchased a Rug Doctor but every now and then you still need more professional equipment to clean your rugs. These folks deep cleaned my carpet so that it now looks as new as the day it was laid down. And it goes beyond that, their professionalism and courtesy were exemplary. I would highly recommend.
The guys were very polite, efficient and respectful of my home. Explained what they were doing and answered questions that I had.
Carpet Renovations is fantastic. Not only are they personable and professional—they are ‘just good folks’! Our carpet looks like new and they were in and out in less than three hours.

Very professional and efficient. Lots of reminders prior to appointment which are so helpful to forgetful folks like me. Very reasonable area rug fee!!
Stephen and Johnathan were very professional and worked hard the whole time they were here. They also removed the bubble in our carpet. The only problem I had was after they left I noticed the bed frame side was put back wrong side out. It was an easy fix and I feel grateful they moved all the big furniture.
Great group! Very professional, quality work! Would call them again.

The Carpet Renovation team did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. Both technicians were friendly and courteous. We used Carpet Renovations of Tulsa in October 2023 to clean our entire 24,000 square foot suite. (That is no type - 24,000 sq. ft!) Andy Olson, owner, walked every inch of our suite with me, explaining they would be using a "dry encapsulation" method of cleaning. After we received the bid, Andy followed up with me…
David and Mathew showed up on time and did an excellent job.
Really easy scheduling. Very professional and our carpet looks great! Thanks, Matthew & Myles!
People showed up on time, answered all our questions. Stretched carpet, cleaned carpet, went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Moved all furniture back into room. We were well pleased with their service.

Excellent Customer Service! Carpet looks and smells great!
I hired this company to do my carpets which were in pretty bad shape, primarily very obvious old pets stains that had been there for a long while. We had an in person landlord inspection coming and we needed the carpets to be clean enough to make the landlords happy. This is a 20 year old heavily trafficked carpet…
Jonathan, came out, introduced himself and I showed exactly what I wanted cleaned. He jumped right on it and very quick and pprofessional. My carpets had a new sparkle to them.
I get periodic communications about cleaning the carpets because it’s been a while since the company came out. Recently I followed up on one. BEST DECISION EVER! I I received a reply to my text within 30 mins, mind you…it was 6 AM. I thought maybe it was an auto bot, but no, it was a human. I really wish I had…

The Carpet Renovations representative John called us to let us know he was headed our way and then he arrived right on time! Excellent service and very thorough work was performed. Very professional and timely. Thank you and I would highly recommend.
Michael and Johnathan showed up on time and prepared to work. They worked quickly and professionally to finish the job. Both wore masks and kept their distance which was much appreciated during the pandemic. They did a good job and cleaned our dryer vent as well. We will use Carpet Renovations again.
Carpet Renovations was extremely responsive, on time, very professional and fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their carpet cleaned or stretch.

Carpet Renovations did a great job on our carpets. This is the second time we have used them. Both times our carpet looked and smelled great. The techs were friendly and professional and protected my hardwood stairs from their hoses and equipment. The carpets dried quickly even though it was a cold, wet day. We will be repeat customers.
Michael and Jonathan were timely, polite, cleaned in a tidy fashion and ultimately provided the services I paid for. Our carpets look outstanding and smell fresh and clean! I will be a repeat customer, no doubt!
This company has been cleaning floors for me and people I have referred for about 7 years. Every experience has been fantastic. They are not the cheapest but they are the best. We have a new puppy and with that comes accidents. The guys showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets and removing any pet odors. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
Stretched living room carpet that pulled away from tile back to tile and replaced section of carpet in middle of living room that dog ate. Fantastic job. Used section of closet carpet and replaced section that was removed with carpet they brought. Great match. I had to send pictures of our carpet so they could match it.
Carpet Renovations truly went above and beyond for us. Michael and Johnathan did such an incredible job - they were both thorough, professional, and kind!
