It was a great experience! The two guys were very professional and polite. They did a great job! Much better than I thought it would turn out! I would recommend to anyone that needed their carpet cleaned.
About 15 years ago I purchased a Rug Doctor but every now and then you still need more professional equipment to clean your rugs. These folks deep cleaned my carpet so that it now looks as new as the day it was laid down. And it goes beyond that, their professionalism and courtesy were exemplary. I would highly recommend.

The Carpet Renovation team did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. Both technicians were friendly and courteous. The entire process was quick, and the techs did a great job at cleaning up afterwards. Very efficient and a lot of attention to detail. Friendly and protected my hard wood floors.
We had this done for our grandma and the two young men were kind and patient with her. They came out in uniforms and were very professional. They cleaned the area rugs and all the upholstered furniture. We are very pleased!
I hired this company to do my carpets which were in pretty bad shape, primarily very obvious old pets stains that had been there for a long while. We had an in person landlord inspection coming and we needed the carpets to be clean enough to make the landlords happy. This is a 20 year old heavily trafficked carpet…
I get periodic communications about cleaning the carpets because it’s been a while since the company came out. Recently I followed up on one. BEST DECISION EVER! I I received a reply to my text within 30 mins, mind you…it was 6 AM. I thought maybe it was an auto bot, but no, it was a human. I really wish I had…
I like the convenience of scheduling online. Follow up communication is by text. The staff is very personable, the technician was careful to determine our specific concerns. I’ve used their service twice now and will continue to.
The Carpet Renovations representative John called us to let us know he was headed our way and then he arrived right on time! Carpet Renovations did a great job on our carpets. This is the second time we have used them. Both times our carpet looked and smelled great. The techs were friendly and professional and protected my hardwood stairs from their hoses and equipment. The carpets dried quickly even though it was a cold, wet day. We will be repeat customers.

Super friendly, and went he extra mile to get the stains out!! Highly recommended
We have a new puppy and with that comes accidents. The guys showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets and removing any pet odors. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
Stretched living room carpet that pulled away from tile back to tile and replaced section of carpet in middle of living room that dog ate. Fantastic job. Used section of closet carpet and replaced section that was removed with carpet they brought. Great match. I had to send pictures of our carpet so they could match it.
Michael was very courteous and respectful..He offered to help in other areas involving the carpet and seem to be very knowledgeable about what he was doing, also was very helpful on further care.
Very pleased
We've used Carpet Renovations several times over the years and we're always AMAZED with the results!
