Carryl Tire Co.

Love the new shop. These are the people I trust with my vehicles. The work needed is always clearly communicated. There is never a bait and switch. It's easy to schedule service and get updates. Truly the best.

Super friendly, quick and upfront. Definitely would recommend them !

Beautiful facility with top-notch service and personable service writers. John and Tyler know how to satisfy their customers.

Being going here since they had the old smaller location across the street. Love their service, always helpful, and prices are ACTUALLY affordable for the average person nowadays. Their new location is super nice, and even has a work room for customers to use, and a kids corner if you got children with you while you wait.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Carryl’s Tires! They’re family owned and operated, and you can truly feel that the moment you walk in — they treat everyone like family. I got new tires and some front end work done, and the whole experience was smooth, honest, and affordable. They took the time to… Read full review

Absolutely hands down the best car repair experience I've had! Every detail was explained to me so I was well informed about the exact issues needing repaired. That alone was worth its weight in gold! And they are HONEST, a very rare thing. Check out Carlyle’s for your next car service needs!

Carryl Tire has been extensively professional and they work with the highest form of expertise and care when it came to my car. There hasn’t been any experience or confidence in knowing the job will get done 110% anywhere else. The only place I will ever recommend!

I don’t really think Carryl deserves a 5 star rating but that’s the highest I can go. I love the service and value at Carryls I came in late and was expecting to leave my SUV overnight but they pounced on it right away and had me back on the road just minutes before closing.

Jon and his team at Carryl are the best in the business. They always treat you with respect and they truly care about you and your vehicle needs. They never try to upsell or sell you services that you don’t need. We will never take our car anywhere else!

Carryl Tire is top-tier. They are professional, efficient, and honest. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

I’ve trusted Carryl Tire with my vehicles for years. They’re honest and reliable, and I highly recommend this small local business. A couple years back one of the owners drove my husband home when a repair was going to take a little longer than expected; that’s customer service!

Staff did a great job researching, finding the right part needed for the repair. Thank you.

Tyler & John are always so great! Very transparent and honest.

Great place to get your car serviced, new tires, and a whole lot more. Service and Team are all A+

The folks at Carryl Tire always do great work. They take time to explain the work, do great quality work and offer fair prices. 10/10 always recommend them!

I have had two different repairs done on separate vehicles at this shop recently. The professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. I hope they stay in business forever because with me they have a customer for life. Great job treating me with respect and taking care of my needs. Best repair shop in Jacksonville hands down.

Best service center in town! Great people who work there and they provide an excellent service. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Carryl Tires, they are very professional and quick with their work. I have had multiple tires patched with them after nails would get in from sedan tires to big truck tires. Carryl Tire Co. is a trustworthy, professional business that I highly recommend to anyone who is need of auto repair. The service is outstanding, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

5 Stars says it all!

I can happily say I have found my goto shop for automotive work. Left my truck with Jason and John to handle an issue and they went above and beyond to repair my truck. There aren’t many shops that will stay after hours on a Friday evening to ensure you get your vehicle gets repaired.

The mechanics repaired my AC which included the evaporator and that involved taking my dashboard totally out. As you can imagine it’s a really big deal and out of the normal expense, but it had to be done. The guys did a great job in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I would totally recommend this honest and competent company.

Excellent service, easy booking appointment online. My vehicle was done In a efficient time. The mechanics are very knowledgeable about the repairs.

Excellent service plus reasonable prices. Was very pleased with the work they did on my vehicle. 100% would recommend for your repair.

I took my 4Runner into the Carryl’s Tire Company because my vehicle had a large host of check engine lights on. Jon and his crew ran a complete diagnostic test of the vehicle and found the problems. There was a couple of different options as to what the exact problem could have been. But instead of recommending the… Read full review

Wonderful people and great prices! I first took my Mercedes here for brake pad replacement last year, and it pained me when I realized how much I was unnecessarily spending by using the dealership all of these years. Now, I use Carryl Tire Co for my regular maintenance as well! Always a pleasant experience!

The entire Carryl Tire Co. team has been extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgable every time. They go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are well taken care of and are a pleasure to do business with.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! The experience I had here was the best I have ever had anywhere! I was educated on my car and what to look out for before my NEXT visit. The Carryl’s treated me like family and I am greatly appreciative! I even bought a TSHIRT!

By far the best service I have ever received from an auto repair business. I received detailed updates and they went out of their way to save me money. They refused to order any parts until they could diagnose the issues

Jonathan and the Carryl family are the best around. Hard working and honest to the bone. They will go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is taken care of with the best parts for the best price. We also use them for our company fleets so keep them in mind business owners.
