Everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive. I had multiple claims to process and they worked with both insurances to coordinate all of my work. They made sure the process was as easy for me as possible. My car turned out amazing.

Jeremy was extremely helpful with navigating insurance to get my car repaired after I was in a no fault collision. The work they did is outstanding, you would never know my front end had to be replaced. I also really appreciated Jeremy’s dedication to their BMW certification and making sure that the repair was done to the highest standards.

Just received an email from them reminding me it’s been 6 months since my Hyundai has been painted and it still looks good to this day. Great experience. Roxy was very understanding when I was calling almost everyday. She was always so nice, never once made me feel like she was annoyed or irritated. Jeremy at CarStar was very knowledgeable and helpful. Updates were sent on the progress of work to the vehicle and it was ready to collect earlier than anticipated. The work carried out was completed to a very high standard.

These people are good! Perfect repairs and excellent customer service. I've used them twice for auto body repair and have been very impressed both times.

Everyone was very friendly and thorough from Albert to Roxanne and Erika.

Great service from beginning to end. Extremely high quality workmanship on the body work and painting. They operate a very busy shop, a lot of that is because of their quality work and great service; be patient with them because the parts' delays are something that they have no control of. If you want the best body shop in town, then this is the place!

This is the second time I have used CarStar. Very happy with the speed, friendly, professional service provided. 10 stars for the great continuous communication and completion of service! Highly recommend!

I would recommend 100% was completely satisfied. They fixed my Toyota Camry after I crashed it . They gave me a car at no cost as a loaner . Friendly service and and the car looked good as new.

I'm very happy how my Honda Accord was done. I had a new rear spoiler installed, and light switch replaced. Excellent quality work and service. Everyone there is nice. I highly recommend CarStar for auto body repair and service.

From initially dropping off my Tesla, to getting my rental vehicle, to ordering the parts from Tesla to fix my car (hit by an object on the freeway), to fixing my car, and providing it in mint condition, CalStar City Motors in Santa Maria did an awesome job!
