I had an excellent experience with CARSTAR City Motors in Santa Maria. On June 16, I brought in my 2023 Toyota Camry SE after it was involved in an accident that caused extensive damage. Thankfully, my wife was okay, and while cars can be repaired, people can’t be replaced.
From the beginning, the team treated me with kindness and understanding. I explained my situation, and they took the time to walk me through everything and made the entire repair process much less stressful. What really stood out to me was that they went above and beyond to help me save money by finding discounted replacement parts, a tire, and a rim. They didn’t have to do that, but they genuinely cared about helping me.
Their pricing was fair, communication was honest, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. When I got my Camry back, it honestly looked brand new. You would never know it had been in such a serious accident.
I truly appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and care that everyone at CARSTAR City Motors showed throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality collision repairs and outstanding customer service. Thank you again for helping me get my car back on the road!
