L.J. For the win! This company is a little more expensive than my last carpet cleaners AND they only take cash or check but I will hire them every time from here on out. My carpets have never looked better (he was able to get tons of stains out that the last guy left) AND the carpets were dry a few hours later which…
Fantastic experience. From the beginning, easy communication, quick thorough cleaning and superb follow up. Will use again and recommend!
Totally impressed with the fast attentive service provided! Carpet is spotless, service was surprisingly quiet…I am so used to ear splitting machines, this was quiet and the carpet was DRY within a few hours. I will 100% be using him again!
I've had him 4 times now. Absolutely the best carpet cleaning company I've ever used. On top of that, he is the kindest most hard working person. I feel very comfortable with him in my home and knowing he'll do a professional job.
Great communication, fast service.
Their tagline says it all: they're the carpet cleaner who cares. I didn't know LJ's father, but from what I hear he was a great man, and he built the rock solid foundation for what is still today an amazing company. LJ brilliantly carries that torch forward, bringing a true dedication to complete customer…
LJ did an awesome job working with me on getting out new house carpet cleaned up. Was even able to do it while me and my family were out of town. Communication was great and he even left me some tips on how to keep the carpets cleaned. I plan on having him back next year for another clean.
I just had my carpets professionally cleaned with Carston Cleaning and I could not be happier with the results. We have not had a cleaning, outside of vacuuming, for almost 5 years, since the day they were installed and after Carston Cleaning was hired, the carpets look like the day the were newly installed! John…
Excellent Service Absolutely thrilled with the carpet cleaning service! They were professional, friendly, thorough, and did an amazing job. Our carpets look fresh, clean, and almost brand new! The attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent carpet cleaning service!
Our realtor recommended LJ and he did a beautiful job restoring our 10 year old carpets to help sell our home. We bought a 20 year old home 8 months ago. The previous owners didn't clean the carpets before we moved in and had visible dog accidents on the carpet, which still smelled and felt gross having in our home.…
I would definitely recommend this company. LJ was friendly and updated me on his arrival time. I was very pleased with how my carpets and sofa looked when he had finished cleaning them. One hundred percent better. I felt that the price was very fair considering that I have a larger two story house. Have already…
Very responsive, timely, hard working and friendly customer service. My carpets needed a lot of work- now they look wonderful! I would recommend this company and plan on using them again in the future.

Carsten Cleaning is truly the cleaner who cares! LJ showed up on time to clean all the carpets in our home plus 2 rugs that he amazingly brought back to their original luster. Not only did he do a fantastic job getting all the spots out of our carpets, his low moisture process, allowed us to walk on them within a…
Great service and communication throughout transactions. Carpet stretched, cleaned and looks great for its age.
Cannot recommend Carsten Cleaning enough. They are responsive, professional, affordable, and they do an excellent job.
Carsten cleaners has been a cleaning my families carpets for over 25 years. They are a wonderful family owned and operated company that does fantastic work. Easy to communicate with, timely, and do great work. We recently adopted an older dog who has been having some issues on the carpets and couch. After the…
Nice guy, fast service, goes out of his way to make you happy.
We are happy with our carpet cleaning. It was important for me to hire a local small business and not a national chain or a vendor that subcontracts the work out, so I was happy to pay a slightly higher fee for this. Communication was seamless and the surface was done effectively and efficiently. I would use these folks again in the future.
LG is friendly, courteous and detailed. Our carpet and furniture look so clean. I’ll be a repeat customer.
I wish I could give more stars! LJ was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! My carpet and couch are fresh once again!
We’ve had Carsten Cleaning out several times now. LJ is professional and easy to work with! He was able to be flexible when I needed to reschedule my original appointment, that’s hard to do. I appreciate his knowledge and care for his work. We will, of course, have him continue to take care of our carpets. Thanks LJ!
Not only are my carpets clean, but restretching was done in the master bedroom leaving no trace of a bad wrinkle. Awesome job!

I had LJ come clean the carpets of a rental I was moving out of and he did a great job. The carpets looked better than when I moved in! I highly recommend for all your carpet cleaning needs.
Carsten Cleaning is so efficient...and friendly. LJ came and took care of the much neglected, pet-lived wall-to-wall carpet in our bedroom and closet. PLUS a large area rug in our family room, a medium area rug in our entry way, and a small area rug in our bathroom. All in under an hour and dried quickly thanks to…
Did a quick turn over on a rental and had Carsten Cleaning do our carpets. He did an amazing job and our carpets look great! 10/10 recommend!
I have been using this company for approximately 15 years. They have always been thoughtful, careful, thorough, and efficient much to my surprise they now have new technology that doesn’t involve the long hose and the noise and also leaves carpets dryer so furniture can be placed back a lot sooner. I highly recommend this company.
LJ Carsten brought our carpet back to life! We are so pleased with the results. We had some significant problem areas due to granddog visits and they are no longer noticeable. LJ is just as sincere and personable as his dad (a man I greatly admired). LJ is a more sophisticated businessman, and I admire that as well!…

The carpeting covering 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room and hallway was vacuumed and shampooed entirely with professionalism and care to the edges and corners making this 26+ yo carpet revilized and looking nearly brand new. Some pretty nasty spots have disappeared completely and the dog smell has been removed…

I only work with LJ because he’s professional, really great at his craft, has great rates, and is available to help us when we need it. We hire him very often because we are aggressive on our carpets and they come out looking new every time. Don’t look anywhere else. He’s amazing!
