Wes did a great job finding the source and location of our bathroom leak that was dripping into our living room ceiling. He was polite and skilled, and my dogs loved him which is always a good sign.

Joshua did a great job. Got here before time frame we were told. Called to let us know. Had to “think outside the box” to find the shut off valve as the grinder was marked “water” and was in a different pit!

They solved a long term plumbing problem

Out technician Josh was terriffic!!! We had a leak on first floor ceiling, thought it was from bathroom above. He found a leak from the roof. We are so happy he found it.

Harry was the plumber sent out to our house to inspect/clear a drain clog and leak. He was able to identify the issue quickly and got it fixed in no time. Definitely recommend going with Carter's My Plumber and Harry did an amazing job!

Jon did a great job replacing parts in our laundry room for us to get a new washer and dryer installed. They were very quick and came out very quickly to support our need.

Kelson did a fantastic job in fixing the garbage disposal that was badly installed by another handyman. The previous job had caused some damage thereby causing a leak. Kelson was quick to identify and rectify the problem and did so in a sincere manner. He was courteous and swift.

They were on time snd took care of the issue I called about then some additional. Our repair guy explained everything very well and laid out all of our options and checked several times before leaving to make sure everything worked. Very nice, prompt and educated in what needed to be done.

Alex and Ashton were great. What we thought would be simple leak detection wound up taking quite a bit of time but Alex was thorough and eventually tracked it to our water heater. Was able to get a new one and get installed same day. Top notch service!
