The inspector missed it! I moved into a new home and my inspector said my issue was something else. I called Carter's My Plumber, and Mr. John was VERY competent and detailed and broke down my issue so I had more than one way to resolve it without it hitting my pockets. I'll contact them again for any other issues.

Harry was amazing, and did a fantastic job fixing my plumbing issues! He was also really helpful to break down what was happening in an easy to understand way, and explained his thinking and theories on how to resolve. And when it came time to talk cost, he helped to reduce my price even though a lot of work needed…

Your Technician, Peyton, was very professional and eager to help solve my problem. He located the water issue, explained to me how it could happen and flushed it out accordingly. I also appreciated that he had no problem putting on shoe covers.

Carter’s was fantastic in addressing 2nd floor laundry room flooding and ultimately a collapsed sewer line. Unfortunately the first two remedies did not work, but they did not charge me for them either! Communication and meeting established timelines were fantastic as well! Highly recommend

We were able to schedule for a next day visit. The tech showed up during the scheduled window and communicated clearly what problems he was seeing, and he was able to replace our garbage disposal and get us up and running within about an hour. We were pleased with our experience.
