The repair went smoother than I thought. The time that was taken to clean up the area where the work was done was great

Joshua did a great job. Got here before time frame we were told. Called to let us know. Had to “think outside the box” to find the shut off valve as the grinder was marked “water” and was in a different pit!

Excellent experience. Service tech was professional, courteous, and clean.

The inspector missed it! I moved into a new home and my inspector said my issue was something else. I called Carter's My Plumber, and Mr. John was VERY competent and detailed and broke down my issue so I had more than one way to resolve it without it hitting my pockets. I'll contact them again for any other issues.

John, from Carter's My Plumber, did a great job fixing the trio of issues at my house, from replacing old shut-off valves (which had started to break the last time I had to use them), to a faucet that wouldn't shut off at the sink handle. He was also quite personable and pleasant to chat with.

I appreciate the fact that they came out, even though I had to wait 3 days. I also found the technician they sent competent and friendly. However, at least $300 in labor for a 30 minute job is unreasonable.

John was so great! He was able to show up the same day we made the request. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. I would give 10 stars if I could!
