Josh came to my house within the hour of appointment while keeping me aware of his time of arrival. Then, problem solved until the issue was resolved which took questioning the issue since the original solution wasn’t working. He was very easy to get along with and got the job done well. I had a problem with very low water pressure in my shower. I swapped out the shower head and another company replaced the cartridge in the shower valve, both to no avail. The other company advised that my entire shower valve needed to be replaced, a very expensive repair......not to mention the cost of damage done…

So thankful for Elijah at Carter’s My Plumber. Our shower needed a ton of work to get back up and running. From crawl space to nasty pipes, it took a couple visits. He was patient, honest, and so kind. We never had to worry about a thing, not even a mess! Thank you SO much!
