My Carter plumber was efficient and professional. He brought along a new person who did most of the work with Harry’s supervision. The new plumber was focused on and did a good job installing my new toilet. Thank you!
Had avoided to call plumber but couldn’t fix it on my own. Asked ai who were most reputable plumbing companies. Ai suggested several and I decided to go with Carter my plumber and glad I did my experience was a 5 star rating. Thank you
The service was great and the repair man was very personable. I do think the price was a bit high for installing a wax ring for a toilet. $411.

Requested to replace 2 toilets and update water shut off valves. Both done within a day. Visit was professional and courteous. Although we did have an issue with one toilets not being sealed correctly (thankfully no leaks) - a service call to Carter got that remediated right away with no hassle or problems.

We had a toilet that I thought was clogged. Alex our plumber came and diagnosed the problem. It wasn’t a clog. The toilet we have is the air assisted power flush and found out it was a bad cartridge. He did a great job getting us going
