This is additional info as I again had to call upon Carter’s My Plumber, this time to replace a water heater. When they say “water today”, they aren’t kidding. I called at approximately 1pm. After the initial call, Jody called me back in 10 minutes and was here to diagnose with 30 minutes. He agreed that the water…
They missed the install window by a few hours and I had to chase them down for updates, but the tech that did finally arrive (Zach) was great! Had a new hot water heater by 9:30pm (window was 3-5p), but seems to be running well. So overall I’m satisfied.

After years of wanting a tankless water heater, we finally had one installed recently by Carter's Plumbing. The entire procedure was smooth and easy and everyone was so kind and helpful. The guys arrived when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. I will be using Carter's again - highly recommend.
John Pritchett is our favorite plumber for Carpenter’s because he is knowledgeable, helpful and personable . Ashton his apprentice was also top notch! Our water heater was still under warranty from 2022 . So today’s service cost us $0.
