Had a water heater drained. Completed within 90 minutes. Showed up on time. Price point was excellent especially compared to other plumbing companies that advertise on TV. I would highly recommend Carter’s My Plumber for your plumbing needs.
I made a call to Carter's My Plumber on Wednesday, and within a few hours, I had a new water softener! The price was good, and the quality of the softener is good too. The plumber was friendly and really knew his stuff. I saved so much, I am going to ask them about a reverse osmosis system too.
Kelton my tech was very professional. They came out in the early afternoon and had the water heater replaced later that same afternoon. Very good looking installation. Everything was working and leaned up before the techs left.
Technician was on time, polite and listened to our needs. He went above and beyond in fixing our hose spigot and gave helpful advice on a kitchen faucet concern. Always have been very pleased with Carter’s work.
